Don't waste your time with these guys. They do not reply to email and phone communication. Their recruiters email you job openings and talk with you on the phone and are just wasting your time. Not only that , but the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing. I have received emails for the same position from 2 recruiters at the same company. The rookie recruiter I talked to asked me redundant questions which had he checked his email would have seen the answers clearly spelled out in my cover letter. I even reached out to the owner of this firm, but he like his staff did not care to even get back to me. There's nothing like incompetence bred from the top down.
As an experienced and qualified candidate, I have worked with several professional staffing and consulting firms, and each recruiter has kept me in the loop every step of the submission process, Including being submitted to a position, and also when the position becomes filled, on-hold, or cancelled.
Working with this firm is like sending yr resume into a black hole, and their indifference to respond to communication after they reach out to you signifies a lack of professionalism and an incompetence which no one should accept.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Jazz, I'm sorry you've had a bad experience with PCS - It was not our intention. I tried looking up your details in our system, to understand which role you may have applied to but I cannot find anything similar to your Yelp name. I also messaged you privately to ask you to contact me but you haven't. You also refer to emailing me but I haven't received it. If you would like to contact me again, my email address is brendan@pcsgroupinc.com.
Either way, we've taken this feedback and put it to immediate effect. We try very hard to be straightforward to deal with, and when our process fails we're not shy about admitting we are wrong. We deal with a lot of people and I believe that the vast majority of interactions with PCS are positive. In this case, we clearly dropped the ball and I apologize for it. We had a staff meeting over this one review, where I've reiterated to our team just how important it is to enagage our prospective consultants at the highest and most professional level, and to ensure clear lines of communication at all stages of the process. We will continue to endeavor to do better and I invite you to contact us again. Again, I am always open to direct feedback, and will personally respond to emails regarding your interaction with our team. Thank You. - Gp P.San Jose, CA01Aug 21, 2014
Don't waste your time with these guys, they keep calling and keep emailing same position for the last couple of years. Ones you share your resume after that they never contact, but the same job description sending again and again. They never said client name that means they don't have any client, just collecting the resume and waiting for requirement comes into market. Very stupid ppl.

This review is false and I'm including the documentation to prove it. I'm happy to admit when we are in the wrong, but I'm can't stand by idly and allow individuals to slander us when they are making gross misrepresentations of the facts.
Mr. Ravi subcontracted to us for an assignment at Cisco from April until the end of July 2011. The assignment went off without a hitch - the client was happy with Mr. Ravi's work, and Mr. Ravi was happy with the assignment. An issue arose when Mr. Ravi asked us to contact Cisco for a visa support letter for his visa renewal. We advised him that Cisco would not provide the letter as that is their policy. Here is a copy of an email sent to us in regards to this policy.

PCS immediately provided a support letter with the necessary contracts / purchase orders from Cisco to support the request. This letter is here:

Mr. Ravi got (justifiably) upset that the client would not support his visa needs and accused PCS of lying to him about the clients policies. We weren't. Thus, Mr. Ravi resigned from the project and blamed PCS, as he felt we lied to him and refused to secure the appropriate documentation for him. This couldn't be further from the truth. We did everything we could to support his visa requirements and do this with all our visa candidates. However, Mr. Ravi felt we were to blame and thus wrote this review.
Mr. Ravi goes on to say that we then held his final payments from him. We didn't. All payments were made to his employer as per our contracted payment terms (Net 60 for this particular engagement). Again we explained this to Mr. Ravi but he wouldn't believe us eventhough we sent him a copy of our contracts with his employer. You can review the Purchase Order here:

These accusations by Mr. Ravi are grossly misleading and I believe Yelp should remove them. I've asked both Yelp and Mr. Ravi directly to remove this review but to no avail. We take this very seriously and do whatever we can to support all of our candidates when they need assistance as we know that problems arise from time to time. Ultimately, we lost out on this assignment as we lost the contract when Mr. Ravi resigned. There is little we can do when a candidate refuses to accept that we are being honest and telling the truth. In this case, as in all cases we were telling the truth and working to those policies set in place by our Clients - Not by PCS. Not all of our Clients have this same policy but in this case, unfortunately we could not do anything about it. - Manny M.New York, NY01Sep 16, 2015
I was hired by these guys to do work with one of their end clients, initial the contract was suppose to be a 6 month assignment, but then one day the end client ask me how many hrs did I accumulate so far, they told me the project was initially for 160 hrs. huh ?, 160 hrs and 6 months is a big difference, the hours that went over budget are about 32 hrs, I asked the end client to approve my timesheet, they advised me to talk to someone at PCS, it's been 2 weeks that passed by and still there is no answer from the end client nor PCS about approving my timesheet, these guys are the worse consulting company ever, you guys make close to 5 million dollars annually and you can't pay 32 hrs of time spent coding their client's project or even intervene with the end client to at least get a timesheet approve I smell a con game here, avoid this guys its not worth the effort.
