Kudos to Carl -employee at Plymouth Glass for a job well done in replacing my windshield on my 2007 Rav4. You were here exactly at the time we agreed to meet. You did the job timely, efficiently and had a great personality!

I was accommodated with an appointment within a day of me calling to get my car fixed. It rained on the day they were scheduled to come and they came out the next day so the company is timely with scheduling appointments. I highly recommend Plymouth Glass and wouldn't hesitate to utilize their services again.

I broke my back glass on my car on Sunday. Another service couldn't fix until the 9th! We decided to give Plymouth a try.

I had a back window replaced on a Toyota Tacoma. this week. The service tech communicated his arrival time to my home. His name is Raoul .. he was a very kind, professional tech with excellent knowledge of the removal and installation steps and I watched as I worked for Toyota and found the process interesting. I would rate the tech and the completed job a BIG TEN!!

Excellent and prompt service. They were recommended by the Audi dealership to replace my cracked windshield. I called and spoke with Rachael, who was pleasant and accommodating. Although the windshield was on back order, it came in much quicker than expected, and she called me immediately to schedule an appointment. The technician was on time and very helpful. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend.

Real pros from start to finish....from the person who answered the phone, then the tech and the owner even called after to make sure I was satisfied. They came out to my workplace, as scheduled and calling ahead to confirm. This may be a big name who advertises but they are a family business to whom you matter!

What a pleasure it was to work with this company. It felt like I had stepped back in time, to the days when customer service meant Customer service.
I had a cracked windshield and my insurance carrier had tried to book Safelite, but nothing was available for weeks Instead they sent my info to Plymouth Glass.
I called and set up an appointment for them to come to my house and replace the windshield. As it's a newer model the windshield has technology imbedded in it, so the process is two steps. Different techs would install and then reconfigure.
They were prompt, each called ahead to give me a time window. They were very nice, friendly and professional. The following day, I received a call to ask if everything had gone ok.
Wow. Just like doing business 20 years ago when people respected your time and were courteous and helpful.

Once I was able to secure an appointment for a windshield replacement at my employer's parking lot, Eric kept me informed on his ETA, and once we discussed details such as what stickers I needed to re-apply on the replacement windshield, he was done in 30 minutes. Excellent workmanship, totally professional manners. He installed an OEM (Mopar) Jeep Wrangler windshield, which my previous installer didn't use. He said that Plymouth only uses OEM parts. It was a pleasure dealing with Eric. I recommend Plymouth wholeheartedly.

Dishonest company, terrible service, lousy manager, stay away.

My windshield was damaged while driving back home from Florida recently. After reading many reviews for glass repair, I chose Plymouth Glass in Thomaston CT. Their custome service and workmanship is excellent. I was able to get an appointment quickly, all my questions were answered, customer service was friendly and knowledgeable and the service and repairs were great. All my eyesight controls were recalibrated correctly. Next day I received a follow up call from Nicki, the owner, to make sure I was happy with the service I received and that everything was working as they should. Exceptiona! I would recommend Plymouth Glass highly!

I'm giving one star because they actually installed a windshield. This was set up through my insurance company. I'm guessing they accept the lowest price from insurance companies and make it up in volume.

Since this was covered the most important part to me was convenience. The person who set up the appointment said there were no morning openings until today. I needed to have the work done before noon so I could go to work. I know they will go to my workplace to do this but I am in the field when I am at work and not near my car.

She told me they would be able to do it in the morning today and the tech would call me. He called at 7:30 am and told me he would be there between 2 and 3. I told him that the person on the phone told me it would be done and ready to go by noon. He said told me she didn't know how it works.

SOMEONE HERE IS LYING.

I agreed to this day because it would be done in the morning. If that's not how it works why would they set a specific time.

Competence is only one part of customer service. Convenience is the larger part.
