When I first joined PF, I was using the gym on Stan Schlueter (South Killeen). Unfortunately, that one has been "temporarily" closed since August. I've used the one on Memorial Blvd (North Killeen) a few times but I won't return. The gym itself is great. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. It's the parking lot. I usually go while it's still dark outside and, several times, the parking lot lights have not been lit. Yesterday, was no exception. Not only was it dark, but I was approached by a homeless man asking for money....in the dark parking lot. Not ok!! I'm going to try the new gym in Harker Heights and give that one a shot. I will not return to the North Killeen gym.

Whenever, I visit Killen Tx , I love to Visit Plane Fitness, Killen. Its always an inspiration because of its neat & clean facilities, friendly environment and outstanding customer care services. I congratulate the leadership for the wonderful services, it offers to its customers.

Why did the recording say my hold time was less than 10 minutes but kept me on hold for 50 minutes and I still didn't get to speak to an associate

Was falsely accused by a member of the staff of taking pictures of people in the gym, i'll never come here again. If you're on your phone for any reason the staff will get in your face and harass you, how ridiculous! I canceled my membership on the spot. Plus the gym is too crowded. The Stan Schlueter Planet Fitness has been closed for several weeks and they've been upping their prices without reason. Started paying $25/month for the Black Card membership when i first signed up, now it's up to $27 within a fews months. Prices are going up, PF stores are closing, and the service hasn't improved, yeah no thanks...

I signed up for Crunch Fitness the same day, far better gym with more room, more equipment, personal trainers available, a cardio room for HIIT classes, a cycling room, martial arts instructors, more weightlifting machines/equipment, better atmosphere and cleaner gym, and so much more. Only $10/month.

I've been to Houston area PF , Marshall, Belton and today Killeen. I have never been so welcomed as l was today. All the employees spoke and smiled. The best asset to Planet Fitness is Jade Knight who took time to show me all the equipment that l could use to help strengthen but not injure my rotator cuff surgery a year ago. She invited me to my first ever yoga class. No one has ever paid attention to me at 66 yr old inside countless PF. Thanks for making me feel like l belong. I complimented her to a very nice male manager. As a retired DPS, FBI and TREC employee your staff doesn't work for you. They work for the business. The staff is what keeps customers coming back. Not the schedulers and paper pushers. Good Job PF of Killeen

Rating 5 stars only because of the customer service and hard work I saw of Chris. When entering I had a few questions about getting started and he was a big help. I also saw him clean the equipment when others wouldn't. Thank you Chris.

I love the atmosphere of cleanliness and the attentive staff. Upbeat music plays in the background and the members are generally polite with each other as we all get our workouts in. There's even an area for a good therapeutic massage on a hydro massage bed. It's a lifestyle! Also very easy on the wallet.

Had an issue and management reached out to me personally to resolve it.

This place is such a great environment, I go during the evening and the staff is always so professional. They are constantly cleaning and so easy going. The restrooms are always spotless which helps during this time.

this was our SPOT to work out, when we lived in Killeen. you won't find a cleaner gym.. or one that smells so good! also the staff are super friendly and helpful. 100/10 recommend. it's one of the only spots I miss, since moving!
