Customer service is nearly non existent, even though they have a bunch of employees at front counter. One lady was on a video call talking to a friend right in front of me! Horrible customer service. She find the day anything, she was too busy talking to her friend while she rang me up!! I guess they are too busy to make money, or just have so much money they don't need more!
Well, not getting my money any more! Just lost a customer and probably many more to come too.

I checked everywhere for a starter but no one had one. Got referred to this place and they had several in stock. Super helpful and friendly staff had my rx7 going again in no time.

Marcus Mack was very in-personable with my Uncle and I as he rushed out our sales ticket without asking if either of us had military cards to provide for the military discount for our parts we were purchasing for no reason other than personal vindictiveness and hate for me personally he did this and was absolutely the most childish thing i have seen in the professional world i hope this finds its way to Mr.Parks so he can readdress this issue further

They special order my drive axle and they order the wrong part and i return and they charge me $88.00 fee for restocking fee. I understand if im that one that order the wrong one it's ok but they order the wrong one why would you charge me this.

I purchased a relay for a hydraulic. Well the whole cylinder was bad so no need to keep the relay it was 33.89 or close so about 40 after. When I returned it just now they charged me almost 15 dollars for a fee I walked out with25 buck. What a rip off needless to say they just lost a customer as well as customers in the future because I will let everyone know that ask what a rip off they are!!!! Bad business parks I use to love coming to yall not to lose money though

Went here to get a battery because a friend of mine has a dealership and said I could use his discount. I had never been to parks but figured it was the same as all the others. This location is pretty big and seems to have more parts and less of the added junk that plenty of other auto parts stores have. They were quick the find the battery I needed and I got ten bucks off with the discount. Unfortunately, they don't also install the batteries and I needed it right away. Ended up going next door and paying twenty to have it put in. Welp, there goes my savings.

Had a problem with my car needing a jump in order to start today. I went to Parks to test it but they couldn't test it while it was in the car, so I had to remove it myself. I didn't have tools with me (like a noob) so they let me borrow some of theirs. They checked the battery and found it was fine and I should clean the contacts and try that. Problem solved! They easily could have recommended a new battery and I would have gone for it, making them a quick buck. Instead they now have a customer for life! Awesome folks here. Check them out!
