I needed to buy a car when I relocated back to the Seattle area from across the country, and obviously with a new car comes the need for insurance. Chris made the process INCREDIBLY easy - a few minutes on the phone and couple of details about myself and the vehicle later, and I was all set up with temporary cards emailed to me shortly thereafter. Our rates are great, as well as the coverage -- we had no issues resolving a couple of claims made since we bought the car. Chris also helped us get to the bottom of some billing issues with the company that holds our policy, I think it was about 20 minutes from the time I called to when the issue was fully resolved.
