P1

Best club in the world...still! I loved this place growing up in Munich- my 20's and 30's were spent here doing my simulated Hemmingway revival act...but it is a bit of a head spin getting in and trying to figure out the local culture of "edel clubbing" (snob clubs) - I think P1 is unique in that you can have anyone in the club- from homeless people to movie stars but if you look normal in a tie and ralph lauren blazer- I think you need to go to maximilians or a real snob location for fun where they part expensive cars in front and look at you like you are not good enough- I think in P1 no one cares who you are but you have to look a bit unique... so, good luck at the door...LOL..try a Tuesday first!

We had an unsatisfactory experience with an overweight security official who seemed to be on some sort of a power trip. Without warning, provocation or discussion, he manhandled me and my friends while we were waiting for the pizza that we ordered. We complained to the staff there but to no avail. We did absolutely nothing but wait for the pizza that we ordered and paid for. Seems this gentleman was waiting all night for the opportunity to bully someone. Granted it was close to the end of the night, but the way he handled the situation was unacceptable. Again, we were waiting for a pizza that we ordered and paid for (after spending probably close to 1000 euros at the club that evening). This gentleman should not be working in any capacity interacting with customers. As a VIP member of many clubs from Monaco to Manhattan, we will not return to P1 until this man is no longer working here.

Entry was denied because we were American!! Waited in line 30 min , once we reach the front security guard looked at us and said " you cannot enter because you are American"!!Never experienced anything like this in Munich!!

I have been to Munich many times. Today, I decided to go to P1 as I have many times in my visits to Germany, but today I was denied "because I was American". I offered to purchase a table and buy bottle service. I have been to this club 10x but today the security guard was extremely rude and not even in the normal way. I do not recommend going to this club at all if you are a decent human being. They are racist and make you feel horrible. I really wish there weren't people like this in the world.

Everyone talks about this place as the place to be seen at in Munich and my expectations were very high as to what to expect and I was a bit disappointed. It is a night club and sure has cool lighting but nothing special in my opinion.

The DJ was excellent and that made the night and for that I would give it four stars but the rest was ok. I would go back here if invited but would not go out of my way to get there.

My cousin was denied here because she was American. Was looking forward to trying this place out when I went abroad, and now I'm completely turned off. We just want to have a fun time with our friends and meet some locals!

I was there with my friends tonight and we got denied because we are American. Really unacceptable. Would do no stars if I could.

Bouncer grabbed my purse and ran away. Took my credit cards, passport, and tic tacs. Do not come here you aren't safe

If you are American or anything except for German I do not recommend going to this club at all.

I have been to Munich many times. I used to be a regular at P1, but tonight I got denied "because I was american". This club is honestly fun, but I can't believe that behavior is allowed.

I would not recommend this place.

I have been here twice and it seems to have gone down. Young crowd with tennis shoes and T-shirts. old music. They allow smoking inside the club and after an hour we decided to leave. I prefer outdoors on the patio in the summer. But after the chain smoking this last time I will not go back.
