Quick update to my first review 2 years ago: it is still a hidden gem if you appreciate a place to find a quality pint. Even though they raised their prices a bit, it is still the best deal in town. $10 a pint for Stone, Anderson Valley, Deschutes, etc. And they upgraded their tap system so they always have 5-6 beers on tap. The food menu is limited to bar bites. They are solid if you need a snack, but don't come here for dinner.

In addition to the standard Tiger/Hoegaarden/Heineken, they get some slightly more interesting imports (Schneider Weisse, Erdinger). Most importantly, they stay well-stocked by BeerStyle, so they always have Stone, Rogue, Deschutes, and Heretic on hand; with ~3 of them on tap. And they have the best happy hour deal in town: $8 pints of American craft beers 4-7pm. It gets a little noisy sometimes when people start in with the karaoke, but you can always move out to the staff lounge area just outside of the bar. O Bar is a bit difficult to find if you are not familiar with NUS, but it's actually not hard to get to. It's a 10 minute walk from Kent Ridge MRT, or you could take one of the free campus shuttles.
