The men are masogynistic here.
Disgusting.
Came here for an event for a friend.
Disrespected inside by a male patron and the doormen went with the sexist guy's lies inside the club and had me leave.
Misogyny is king here.
They dislike if any woman stands her ground here, especially a strong-minded one.
Don't step inside this establishment because (1) you will have patrons who don't know how to act and have nothing to lose and (2) the doormen disrespect women who have an higher education and mindframe then them.
Had I known it was like this, I would have never stepped foot in here. I've been to better spots that clearly have people with more class.

I went on a dinner date here and loved the ambiance. The red interior is very sultry and sexy, I also enjoyed the soft lighting. It's a venue that's easy on the eyes and ears, on the night I visited there was light music but nothing too powerful, so I was able to cozy up and chat over dinner.
The dishes are shareable and each has a distinct flavor profile so it's fun to mix and split what you order. I recommend the Braised Short Rib if you're a meat fan and the Vegan Gyoza for a pleasant meat-free starter. The gyoza was very well seasoned and adorned in flowers like most of the dishes. The Short Rib is super tender and served on a mountain of mashed sweet potatoes. It is a decadent combo.
It was a pleasant experience overall, and good for fueling up before a long night out. If you stay after dinner, you'll notice that the venue transitions into a lounge with live music and more of a festive vibe.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Brittney C.Brooklyn, Brooklyn, NY2552163Mar 5, 2022
I heard this place was originally a night club that is now serving food, so I thought I'd give it a try. Honestly, I was a little bit shocked about the proportion sizes but let's just say, I understood the assignment. This is a nice little spot to pregame to or just have an intimate evening with the club atmosphere without so many people. The night that I went, it was only my table and two others, so it was a little bit of a slow night on the weekend. At this moment, I'm not sure if I would go back.
Only just because the vibe was different from what I originally seek out. My waiters hospitality was extremely superb.

We were in the City to catch and show and have dinner. My girlfriend picked this place and made reservations. As we entered the restaurant it was very dark and very empty. The service was not anything of note. I redress the short rib which was ok, a bit too much sauce along with a side order of brussel sprouts. My girlfriend had an appetizer which was very small. Overall for the price markup at this restaurant the food and service was just ok, nothing memorable for the price. Personally I don't think i would visit again.

A group of us girls came to Noir for a belated birthday dinner and it was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we stepped in and had our upstairs table to our table service. For appetizers our group ordered the potato croquettes and vegan gyoza which were both delicious. For our entree we ordered the miso salmon, which was perfectly cooked and the exterior was crunchy and the salmon roll which was delicious and had a smoky flavor.
Our drinks were also great including the pornstar martini and the wine selection. After our dinner we were treated to trendy and fun music from the dj and a general fun ambiance which we appreciated. 10/10 experience and would come back for the food and the vibes!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 6, 2022
Okay, so this place is good depending upon what you're going for....
My friend and I went out to dinner here. It was loud, dark, and expensive with small portions. The food and drinks were delicious, but felt overpriced for what they were. We got 2 sushi rolls, 4 drinks, and 1 appetizer. It was like $230 without tip. Everything on the menu was $20 up. Reasonable for fancy cocktails in NYC at a club, but not for sushi rolls without fish. I left hungry because I didn't want to buy more.
We were looking for a cool dinner spot. It was a tad too loud too early. At 8 pm we should be able to hear ourselves think still a little bit.
If I had friends who wanted to go out for drinks I wouldn't mind going there for a little bit, but wouldn't want it to be the whole night. It's a "cool" lounge, average for NYC.
The staff inside were nothing short of amazing. They were super friendly and attentive. We were provided with some complimentary items which we appreciated.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

Came here with my friends for a fun night out. Did not really know what to expect but this venue is super cool. The interior is super nice. There is an inner table service area with room to sit and dance. My friends and I got the table service for my boyfriends birthday and we were not disappointed! The staff treated us so well and came out with bottles and live drums it was a whole EXPERIENCE. They played really good music-- mostly hip hop and r&b but club-y so you could dance and sing along.
They even have an upstairs area where they play EDM music but it wasn't open when we went.
This place is a really great place to go with friends for table service or even just for a fun night out. The drinks are amazing here and so is the service.
I can't wait to come back to try the Asian fusion restaurant during the day!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Rachana N.Manhattan, New York, NY1058126Sep 1, 2021
Need a spot for an upscale dinner? Look no further than @noir. Noir is a beautiful nightclub, but it also is a dinner and brunch spot. The menu is very sophisticated, and the presentation of the food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and they pay attention to your needs. For example, if you need a knife to cut meat you don't have to ask it's automatically brought to you, and if you are reaching for food they move the food to you. This is a definitely a special place with a unique ambiance.
What we ordered:
- French old fashioned
- Coming up roses
- yellowtail sashimi
- Golden sushi roll
- Tuna steak
- Asian bbq pork belly
- Vegan chocolate lava cake a la mode
- Royal dome
This was surely one of the best meals I've had. The quality and preparation of the meats was phenomenal, and you could tell the desserts and drinks were handcrafted with thought and care. I'm truly blown away by my experience.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sep 6, 2021
It's New York so of course you expect things to be high end. Noir is high end in every sense of New York. The menu was fitting for a restaurant that also turns into a club, it's simple yet somewhat sophisticated, with one page so it's easy to make up your mine. The price range is expensive. The portions are small but nice twist on food preparation. The food was ok nothing bad nothing extraordinary. With regards to dress code for both the workers and guest it's dressy. The decor is ok with red light always flashing. The service was great, from meeting your host, to getting seated, to be served all top notch. Security guards are always present but more so visible when the restaurant turns into a full swinging night club with great music and lots of fun. Overall a bit pricey however one can't really put a price on experiences or fun.

This place is like having brunch in a dark club. The music is loud. The food and cocktails are good but it's so dark you can't even read the menu without a flashlight. The concept is just a bit weird for me.
