This is by far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. Their. customer service is horrible and it takes an act of Congress to get anything done. Their online banking is horrible.

This bank makes it SO HARD to complete a simple tasks over the phone. I swear it takes ALL DAY for me to do something as simple as verify information. I've been with Rally/Navy Army Credit Union for years and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

We became member here after the financed one of our car loans in 2015. Since we have done a refinance with them and got a great rate. If you are looking to refinance your mortgage loan i highly recommend giving Alice Bustos a call at the Mission, TX branch. Super helpful and great customer service.

I used bill pay service offered by naccu, they did not get a check to my daughter after 16 days. I spend 2 hours on the phone with 3 idiots and1 person who seemed to care. They all put me on hold and finally told me i need to take care of getting my money back in my account. Their electonic operators are really lousy and offer information that you may not need like balances on all your accounts. this is anoying...
This is not the first time I have experienced rude and obviously could care less if you have a problem. they transfer you to another rude uncaring member of the team so you can do it again.... on hold now for 45 minutes....because they screwed up and did not get a payment delivered on time.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ernest J.Corpus Christi, TX0285Mar 13, 2023Updated review
I was overly angry when I wrote the last review. After calming down, I thought about the fact that this institution and especially this branch has been an enormous help to me over the years. Someone above these folks had the idea to try to sell a medical alert system off the help line. I still think that is a bad idea, but I won't let that one thing offset many years of fine service. Anyone would be making a wise choice to pick Rally for their financial banking.
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Mar 10, 2023Previous reviewIt is Friday afternoon. My son had not received a check I had sent him the previous Friday. He texted me to stop payment. So I called the help number to get the check stopped from processing by someone else. What did I get? A sales pitch for a medical alert device that I had to answer 3 questions and listen to for me to speak to someone. I was already stressed out and rushed home from the island, since it was the end of the work days. So I jumped in my car and drove down there in person. I still had to wait quite a while, but the person who served me, finally, was very polite. I am still debating about switching to somewhere that is more responsive/accessible. I have put hundreds of thousands of dollars through this institution over the years. They may have lost a good customer over trying to make a petty small change buck off a medical alert.

I'm returning again to give another review. This bank is a clown show . By far the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. I suffer from pancreatic cancer and after not working for a year, I fell behind on payments. I've since caught up and am on month behind and I'm trying to cut into that but this young lady , Samantha insists on being rude and shaming me into making me a payment. "It's not out problem you got sick and your are still behind on your payment." She asked for my address and I told her I was current on everything else and she said "you're not current on your payment, sir and that the biggest problem, we just want our money" I will get caught up in this and pray that my credit is good enough to go with Navy Federal credit union who have given me extensions till my treatments are over. They actually treat veterans with respect and wish Navy/Army would do the same. I understand I'm behind but let's not add insult to cancer with being rude and ridiculed for getting sick.
Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Sep 5, 2020Previous reviewBy the far the worse customer service of any bank I've ever had in the United States. I've had loans with these people (4 car loans at one time) and little by little I had Navy Federal buy the loans out at a lower interest rate. Navy/Army CCU has the worse customer service and rudest people work there. No professionalism just out right disrespectful. Just got off the phone with a guy named Anthony and he had nothing nice to say. Down right smartass, contradicting everything he said and arguing ever sentence of our conversation. It was like talking to a teenager....he has no clue about customer service nor does anyone else. I deposit alotta money in my account and have switched banks and I will never do business with these people again!!!!

Multiple loans at other banks and this bank is by far the worst experience I've ever had compared to any other experience with banks.
