Excellent service and expertise. Dr. Morgan goes far beyond the extra yard to help her clients and those with dental issues. If I could give 10 stars I would be happy to do so. Her expertise is matched by her compassion. Such a positive experience.

I've been a patient of Dr. Morgan for roughly ten months now, and I must say that she and her staff are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to see smiles. Dr. Morgan's office is immaculate. Her team ensures each patient's comfortability during appointments and is gentle when they've changed the wires on my braces. Every time I arrive, the staff is always welcoming, friendly, and polite - which to me is the epitome of excellent customer service. I continue to expect that the services that Dr. Morgan and her incredible team provides will continue to be exceptional for me and others.

Dr. Morgan was more than amazing in helping my son on very short notice! Her Orthodontic Assistant Cindy was phenomenal! I would highly recommend this practice for all of your orthodontic needs!!! Very friendly and accommodating!

I knew that my 4th grader needed to see an orthodontist because the dentist, Loudoun Pediatric Dentistry (APD for short) recommended it for her cross bite. Her father took her to see Legacy Orthodontics due to the recommendation from LPD, who's office is in the same building. He didn't like the fact that he felt as though he was being "sold to" by Legacy. A few weeks went by, and I found a mailer from Morgan Orthodontics, which reminded me I needed a second opinion. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable. They greeted us warmly and we waited in the small children's area with the practice's pet Turtle until Dr. Morgan was able to come out and meet us. After examination, Dr. Morgan thoroughly described her recommended method of treatment and the reasoning behind the treatment. She explained why it was important to treat my daughter now, before her pallet was no-longer able to be shaped. She left us incredibly informed and the pricing was on par with Legacy, if not better. We finished the first phase of the pallet expansion and currently my daughter has a retainer to make sure it stays in place until it naturally sets into place. I'm very happy and the entire experience has been easy and seamless.

I highly recommend Dr. Morgan and her team. Everyone in the office is professional, helpful and kind. My daughter had a very significant open bite from a thumb sucking habit, and now she has an amazing smile. My son had a cross bite and he also has a beautiful smile now. I have full confidence in Dr. Morgan's recommendations and cannot wait to see my children's smiles once they have completed treatment.

I love everything about this practice! Always a friendly and warm greeting when we walk in the door. The latest equipment along with Dr Morgan and the staff equals excellence! I would never go anywhere else!

During my son's first visit, the ladies at the front desk were very polite and pleasant. Dr. Morgan did a very good job explaining what needs to be done. She was very thorough and explained everything in layman's terms. She answered all of our questions and did an excellent job at making my son feel comfortable even though he needs a lot of work done. My son enjoyed his visit, even though he found out he has to get some hardware installed.

We did get nailed with very pricey work that needs to be done on the first visit, so that was a bit of a shock to the system... and wallet. Everything that needs to be done made perfect sense and needs to be done, but boy was that a wake up call. I knew Orthodontics was expensive, but I was lucky enough to never go to an Orthodontist before, so getting hit with the payments right of the bat was a bit unsettling.

We absolutely love Morgan Orthodontics and we are so glad some friends recommended them. Our daughter is in her 2nd phase there and all is going great. You also can't beat the limo service from our middle school to the appointments - and then you get a great little video update - really helps out busy parents AND teaches the kids responsibility at the same time. The staff is always so friendly - and great at what they do! Highly recommend!
