This is my place of peace. The staff is so friendly, especially Sabrina, that the place feels like home. They truly care about your comfort and do anything they can to make your experience a pleasant one. They also speak and understand English, so you can inform them of any injuries or places you need them to concentrate on before the massage. The facials are just as attentive to detail, and the results are amazing. You don't even need an appointment, just pop in. You won't regret it!

What she did was wonderful, however I expected it to last longer. I bought a 90 minute massage with a classic facial on Groupon and the facial lasted an hour and the massage last 30 minutes and was only on my backside. If she would've done an hour and a half massage, I would have given five stars. I feel like it wasn't explain well in the Groupon. I didn't know the whole thing would last an hour and a half. I figured the massage would be an hour and a half, And then the facial on top of that for a total of 2 1/2 hours.

The massage great. The facial great. I couldn't get past the lingering smell of cigarette smoke so I won't be back. I'm very sensitive to the smell of smoke and could still smell it on me after I left. I'm really disappointed but I'll have to find somewhere else to go.

My massage was amazing, but I am giving 2-stars due to the attitude I received from the lady because I didn't follow their "tip requirement" rule. During the massage she was super nice to me, very delightful, very kind and very professional! However, when the tip I gave her wasn't as high as she expected (btw this was the first time I came here so I didn't know they have a paper that is framed stating what they would like to be tipped!) the poster said tip is appreciated and then said 15-25 dollars minimum for 60 min. I paid $60 for the massage and gave her a $10 dollar tip. But she kept pointing to the framed paper.. Indicating that I need to give more. When I said I don't have any more cash.. She laughed in my face and continued to point at the paper indicating I need to give her more money. As soon as she realized I was not going to be giving a $15-25 tip her demeanor completely changed. She became very rude, stopped making eye contact, gave me a huge attitude. I then apologized to her and said I'm sorry and that I would come again and tip her a larger amount next time. She continued to give me an attitude. I then said "is this okay?" .. Trying to see if she was okay and was not too offended... She did not respond..... This is highly unprofessional. I understand that giving a massage takes tremendous strength and can be extremely exhausting but I just payed you $70 for it. It's not like I didn't give you tip at ALL. Normally tip is not obligatory. But to get such a horrific attitude even after you pay it... Was just not what I expected. Unfortunately I will not be returning here.

Love this place! The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. I've been here three times for a massage and once for reflexology, all were excellent. I'm someone who has back pain regularly and it intensifies from time to time. Their availability for appointments allows me to get in there quickly before my pain intensifies. I would recommend this place to anyone. Not only is it easy to make an appointment but they're very skillful in their expertise
