What a phenomenal evening at Monsieur Bleu.

I wanted to have a "bougie dinner" one night on our family trip, with views of the Eiffel tower. Monsieur Bleu is located at the Palais de Tokyo and it is absolutely stunning. The restaurant is directly across from the Eiffel Tower and has a patio with great views. However, it's too cold to have the patio open so we ate inside.

It is soooooo vibey in here. There's a DJ playing melodic deep house music and everyone dining in there seems fabulous.

Our server Mateo was hilarious and ensured we had a great time.

We ordered a looot of food.

To start we got the beef carpaccio and the buffalo mozzarella. It was the most massive portion with an heirloom tomato salad.

For dinner I split pork belly and cod with my sister. The cod was absolutely divine.

We also got sides of truffle tagliatelle and jasmine rice bc why not. The pork belly came with mashed potatoes and they were so perfectly whipped.

For drinks I got a dirty martini and also a lychee martini. Both were good.

For dessert we got the pavlova and they sent us what tasted like a ferrer rocher chocolate since it was our Moms birthday.

While this restaurant is definitely on the pricier side, if you want to splurge and dress up and have a vibey dinner it is definitely worth it.

Just overall bad experience. Did not enjoy the service. Was recommended something we did not like. Thought it could of been us till I heard the server near our section better explain the item to his guests. Feel like we were pegged as tourists and just not given a great time. Ended up getting something else and they did not offer to take the first item off the bill.

Spent 150 Euros on a steak that was undercooked. Manager and server came to table after they debated bringing it to us near us for 20 seconds. I took it because some of it was fine and we where not taking to go items with us. No offer of dessert or apology on miss steps still.

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel but we ended just wasting our money here.

If this is what counts as "High End" in France I think we can find much better locally and that's disappointing.

Would not recommend this place. Not worth the money and def felt like we where not taken care of.

Another one of my favorite dinners from Paris! The Paris Society does not disappoint. The restaurant is a bit hard to find -- it's located on the backend of the Palais de Tokyo, but I have to say that the vibes here were so nice and pristine.

My friend and I came for a nice dinner after work, and it was such a fun time. I started off with the Kyoto cocktail, which was refreshing and not too strong. We then got the Lobster Roll to share as an appetizer and I got the Tataki Crusted Ahi Tuna as my main.

The Lobster Roll was a trendy take on the classic dish, though I thought they were a little skimpy on the portion of lobster, and the toast really. carried this one The tuna dish was delicious, but my favorite part of this was the avocado salad that accompanied it. It was citrusy and very fresh.

Dining here felt like a real treat, and highly recommend for an upscale evening :-).

      Food-Exquisite
      Service-Top Notch
      Ambiance-Beautiful

With that being said I cannot give this restaurant the 5 stars it deserves because I saw mice running around the restaurant. At LEAST 3 times while we ate dinner. I dont know how normal that is in Paris but it freaked me out because the restaurant isn't empty. There a several tables here, loud talking & music playing...to see multiple mice or the same mouse several times is unacceptable.
Informed the staff and the manager said "oh there's construction going on so there are a few mice running around" like it was okay.
Please don't waste your money if you don't mind eating with mice at your feet.

Although the inside was dark, and just okay aesthetically, the food at Monsieur Bleu was the BEST we had in Paris. The photos all highlight their gorgeous garden patio with views of the Eiffel Tower, but in the colder months they don't seem to use it (which was a bummer). We loved that they had a live DJ spinning tunes and the Spicy Beef was astounding; like melt in your mouth amazing. The staff was super friendly as well, and happy to help us in English, after we tried our best in French.

I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris to visit Monsieur Bleu-- food was exceptional, vibes were great, overall ambience inside were okay.

We had been looking forward to eating at Monsieur Bleu for several months, not just for the food but also for the ambience in the beautiful Joseph Dirand-designed dining room.

Imagine our surprise on finally arriving for the big event (a birthday celebration) and being told that the dining room was CLOSED. No explanation was given by the haughty hostess, who seemed annoyed to have to answer questions.

We were shown to a table on the patio, which is very lovely but nowhere near as elegant as the dining room.

For the good points: The service was excellent, with the waitstaff well-versed in English (although I speak French, my dinner companion did not) and very attentive. The food also was very good and beautifully presented. But we were ultimately disappointed that the restaurant did not make it clear in advance that the only seating option would be on the patio.

Another note to management: Why require guests to wait outside the restaurant in the desolate concrete plaza of the Palais de Tokyo for the first (7 pm) seating when you could open the bar area at 6:30 pm and allow people to have a cocktail while they wait?

      The dining room is CLOSED.

I came here because it was walking distance from my hotel. The restaurant is rather hard to find, I had to call and ask for help with the walking directions and the staff was very friendly and assisted me. Once arriving the staff was again very friendly. The outdoor seating area is beautiful with an amazing view.

The restaurant has quite a few vegetarian options. I got the truffle pasta and it was so delicious, I cleaned the plate. The drinks were delicious as well. The waiter was attentive the entire time. I would highly recommend to all travelers!

Came here last week on my trip to Paris! The location was great as you can see a view of the Eiffel Tower. However, the only thing good here was the truffle pizza. The lamb chops here are so overpriced and wasn't good at all. Very bland and flavourless. The raspberry martini was pretty good but that's it. Wouldn't recommend to dine here. The service was okay as well.

Service and food quality here was unacceptable. I'm echoing the same issue as others. In short, cold and improperly cooked food, bad service, lack of attention to detail, and overpriced.

The beef was semi-warm. Not hot. The sauce on the octopus was cold. The octopus was chewy and not properly charred. We ordered a side of French fries. They were €20 and came in a small bowl and they were simply just french fries. Not seasoned or with any added value (Parmesan, basil, truffle etc...). Way too expensive for a small bowl of french fries that were very basic. The basket of bread was not good. Great was tough and hard. Not sure why they're not serving freshly baked bread. Had to call the waiter several times to refill our waters. He forgot the sauce that the beef came with. Which he then brought straight out of the fridge. He recommended a side and forgot to bring it. €24 glass of champagne was brought already served in the glass to the table. Most high-end restaurants will serve at the table and allow you to taste before serving. Don't know what is going on here with that. Lastly, beef was ordered as medium. It was brought our blue rare almost raw in the center. Waiter confidently told us it was medium and offered to place the same beef on the stove for a little longer. It was brought out correctly cooked but without the sides and garnish. After our meal, waiter asked for tip and did not offer to add value or como anything despite knowing the service we received. Not a good practice when you underperform.

I do not recommend this place. You will regret eating here.
