Excellent, fast, professional service. Under new ownership, The only guys in the area that make sense, so they ll take their time and save you money on fixing what seems to be impossible. Ps thought my drowned phone was unrecoverable, but under 5 minutes I had an answer and in 20 I had all my data and phone working will be back to bother you guys more for all my devices for sure!

Lasha was great. Luckily, they had a screen in stock to replace the one I broke a few days before Christmas. He had it completed quickly and it looks even better than the broken one. I've been sending other family members to this exact location for all their cell phone repairs. They have helped my kid and I in the past and will continue to be our go to place.

NEVER AGAIN! They have had my mac for 2 weeks. They are unable to locate it. They refuse to have a manager speak to me when I call in and ask. They tell me they are not responsible for the device and they sent it to another location. They keep changing the predicted price (just $50 at a time but multiple times). The only offer they could make was to try to locate my device but it would not be repaired. I told them I am going to send the police to the store, I consider the device stolen at this point. $1200 item is no small crime! I won't rest until no one ever uses this store again and they are out of business.

I am changing my 1 star review for Mobile Rescue on Federal Road in Danbury to a 4 star review. In April I brought an iPod in for repair and it seems that in the shuffle of moving and changing management the device went missing. The new manager Gerard immediately looked into the situation and quickly resolved the problem He was very concerned and conscientious in regards to recovering and repairing the device. Unfortunately the iPod had a more severe issue than a simple battery replacement and was not able to be repaired. As long as Gerard is the manager of this business I would bring any device in for a repair.

Took my phone in because it wouldn't charge. The tech spent a few minutes on it.fixed the problem, checked that it would charge and did not charge for his service. Thank you, Mobile Rescue.

If I could leave no star I would. I brought in my laptop due to it not turning on. After a week I hadn't heard anything so I stopped in. Chris told me that the charging port needed to be replaced. He said that he would order a new port. After not hearing from him for a week I stopped by and he said it was done. I paid for it but the power cable had been misplaced. I went home and luckily my daughter has the same computer. I used her power cord and the computer didn't turn on. This is after Chris "fixed" it. I dropped it off again. I told him to call me before he did any other repairs so I would know the price. Well a week later I called and he said he ordered another port and he ordered a new battery which I hadn't given the go ahead. So he had the computer for 5 more days. He promised us twice about when we could pick it up. The weird thing was that the computer never moved from the spot we left it the second time. It was right inside the door on a table off to the side. The whole time I felt it was strange it would be left where it could be taken. So the day that it was promised I stopped in. It was not repaired so I left with my computer and I was out my initial payment. I was told by another employee to bring the computer back the next day to have the port removed and he would credit me back. Instead of having him touch the computer again I brought it to a repair shop that was recommended by a friend. Well I found out that Chris had not touched the computer at all. The original port was still in place! The reason I know the computer sat on the same table that whole time is because I stop at Starbucks everyday and would look in to see if maybe it was being worked on. So I did go and he refunded my payment. I did not get into the conversation about being lied to due to the fact he had multiple customers in the store. I have never left a review but people need to know the Mobile Rescue in Danbury is not the place if you need electronics repaired. I have now heard from numerous other people I know that have had issues with them. I hope Chris fixes the way things are done there.

Had my phone charging port broken for months. Olivia from mobile rescue said give me 10 mins and she fixed it. Quick and great service from her!

I'm very happy with the service I received today from Shihab. He fixed my ancient iPhone in a jiffy and was quite professional in his dealings with me. This is the place to go for repairs. I was quite impressed.

If they can not fix your electronic they ship it off accross the state. They did that with my laptop to fix the screen. Quoted 200 -600 depending on screen type. We told them regardless of if it can or can not be fixed we needed the laptop back before I left for college in over a week. 5 days went by without a call or any update. We visited 3 days before I needed to leave but it wasnt back. We told them to just return the laptop as it had a cover,stickers and personal/school information on it. We went in the day before my college move in day, 1 min before closing as they requested, and SURPRISE no laptop. I had to leave for college without a laptop to take class on. I will be going back today in the hope of picking up my laptop or restitution. I will keep Yelp and the BBB updated. In the end, don't trust these people with your computer or personal information.

Went in to get the screen on my phone replaced. The man behind the desk was wearing a mask and was very nice, but the manager was walking around the store with no mask. I am taking my business elsewhere.
