The Merry Maids are very Merry and always want to make sure that you are happy with their performance. They say, "Is everything Ok?"

Appointment setup was easy. Crew arrived on time and cleaning was efficiently done. Happy with the results.

Used them for three times before I cancelled my service.
Every two week service, different cleaning crew each time.
Missed cob webs.
Didn't mop floor up to the baseboards.
Missed cleaning the ceiling fan two times in a row.
Missed dusting places throughout.
Tub didn't seem to be sparkling white and over the short amount of time with their service, my grout wasn't white and started to yellow (tub used to be in perfect condition). The girls are good for the most part. It took a little bit of work to make them feel comfortable enough to simply tell me if/when they had spilled water on the carpeting, or knocked over my orchid by accident - accidents happen. I am just so grateful for their help!
I don't want to complain to the office though, otherwise, they will send this one lady out with the team who is really pushy and bossy. She handles things in such a way that she challenges me/dares me to question her... Attitude issue. Anyway, she's the only one, and she only comes if I report a problem, so I'm discouraged from reporting a problem. Like when a light bulb was broken and I wasn't told about it, so I had to find it on my own and replace it when I didn't have time - why the girls didn't just tell me I don't know. OR when one of the girls, after commenting on how nifty the rubber bands around my trash can liners were, she ended up taking it with her which I only discovered a day or two afterwards - again, we're talking cents here - no biggie but it was annoying and I still have to get out and find a replacement.
BUT, the office itself. There are only 1-2 people you should talk to about scheduling or to find out why the team might be late or not coming. The 3rd person, the sales guy... he was great with the sales handling of it at the very beginning, but when it comes to customer service... When the team didn't show up on a Friday afternoon... I had been sitting around for hours and spent just as many hours prepping/organizing waiting for their arrival... and they never showed. Finally, I called to find out when to expect them and was told they weren't coming. He just took a bad situation and made it even worse - when all he had to do was apologize for the inconvenience, and take a message for one of the other people to call me back on the next business day. only used the service once. For 260 $ I did expect more. I needed a move out cleaning. Ill just list pros and cons.
Pros:
- 2 people came
-they did clean
-they cleaned the oven and refrigerator really well
-cleaned baseboards
-on time
-answered the phone calls right away.
Cons:
-Charged my credit card twice on accident. they did fix the double charge.
-left before the hours time.
-did not clean the blinds like I asked.
-didnt clean the shelving
-bathrooms were cleaned, not scrubbed.

We have had our crew for seven years now, and they've followed us through two moves! I love housekeeper day because I know everything will be spick and span. Our team is very thorough and respectful of our home, and I never worry about having them clean while I'm not home. We only had one situation where something wasn't cleaned as well as it could be (I didn't notice it until the sun hit the floor just right), and they came back the next day and promptly cleaned the floor, no questions asked.

Cleaning crew was many hours late on 2 of 4 occasions, with no call to let me know when they were coming so I could replan. They have also left the carpet near the baseboards furry and gritty every time; maybe their vacuum doesn't have a corner attachment?
On the plus side, their office staff is very friendly, and they clean my desk without disturbing my complicated set of input devices. Merry Maids on winchester San Jose have become my new best friend. They are awesome. This service is in and out of your home in no time and the best part is they do an excellent job and well worth the cost. My place was spotless, I highly recommend Merry Maids to anyone. Anyone.

I have been using Merry Maids for about a year now. They are great! The office staff try's their best to accommodate my scheduling needs. if I've had a problem with the cleaning the office will make sure to get the team back out their to correct it. also i love the carpet cleaning they offer. Its not a steam cleaning so it doesn't leave the carpet wet. Thank you Merry Maids.

I used them for about 3 months and the first couple of cleanings were ok then they went down hill from there. I was told on my signed contract of what would be cleaned on top of what was the usually cleaning. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone for 171.00 every 2 weeks that is alot of money and I am willing to let little things go but common you are only there for not even 1 1/2 and I was told it would take 3-4 hours to clean. If I could I would only give them 1/2 star.
