Martin Graphics is one of a few local printing places with high quality printing services and products. For me what sets them apart is their excellent customer service.

I have interacted with them in only a few circumstances but one instance I needed a lot of repeated assistance while researching a wide range of printing options. Every interaction I was treated with friendly, helpful, and very timely communication. While I was researching Martin Graphics I reached out to other customers and every one I have spoken with about Martin Graphic's service has only had glowing things to report.

In addition to their great customer service, the way they price and manage their services also makes me feel really valued as a customer and I am excited to work more regularly with Martin Graphics in the future.

It's my understanding that martin has several "reps" who manage various client projects. I've worked with two of these guys regularly, and have never regretted it. The guy I work with now doesn't charge me extra for rush work, make excuses about how busy they are or try to brain wash me into "buying in" to the fact they have superior machines that use no trees- don't harm the ozone blah blah blah. I know they do recycling/ safe inks etc- but when the boss has my ass on the line, I'm not concerned about a Kum-by-ah sesh with Mother Earth.
I suppose my print requests aren't that fancy- so as long as you make it look pretty, deliver on time and don't charge me up the wazoo- I'm a happy camper. My expectations are average- my end product surpasses that and my job gets done per the deadline. Win for all. Plus I don't leave feeling like I need to shower from used car salesman stank. so 5 stars in my book. ( my sales rep is steve) happy printing comrades.
