Mama Romano’s - Bellalago

Hard to find fault with this friendly Italian American restaurant. All the things you want: big menu, all of your favorites, excellent taste, fresh from the kitchen. The owner is on site several days a week, and he greeted us at our table, checking on us and even offering a refill. Our servers, Sophie and her trainee and bartender Valerie, were so attentive and helpful.

Excellent meatballs. Great way to start the meal, plus they make garlic rolls that often come with your meal (I'm assuming all entrees, which also come with soup or salad). Their pasta fagioli ("fazhole") is hearty; a meal in itself. Another shining star is their diavalo sauce: rustic, and a little spicy but just right).

Definitely planning another visit. Would love to try their pizza and or calzone. Plus they make pepperoni rolls. So much to try, but only so much room in my belly!

Horrible experience with customer service. My husband ordered some drinks and they brought out the wrong one when we mentioned it they said they couldn't change it for another drink and that the manager said that we had to pay for it even though we didn't like it.
I cant blame the server, I blame the bad customer service on the manager.

I've been going to the mama romanos in Orlando the one on Landstar avenue for years and have never experienced any problem.

The food is so good and very flavorful. The portions are on the large side and well worth the money. The servers are very nice and knowledgeable. The last two times I've gone in they had someone playing the piano and it was so nice and not so loud you couldn't have an enjoyable meal. The restaurant was well lit and clean. I highly recommend Mama Romano's if you are in the area.

Garlic Rolls are so good and garlicky.

Food was great. Nice selection of food. More choices than one of those commercial Italian spots and much better tasting. Also had a good Moscato.

Wasn't impressed with food after two attempts. Staff however and the ambiance is good. I'd recommend going and buying a drink only no food.

Came in on a Friday night. They had a live band and very busy. Our waitress was nice and attentive. They have really good garlic rolls. Hubby enjoyed the pizza as usual and my son enjoyed his Stromboli. We do love their huge portions. It was a pretty busy night and our pasta took a good 45 minutes after ordering (we did have our soup and antipasto first). Due to the long wait in between appetizer and main dish, hubby lost his appetite. I did eat about half of my veal piccata. The texture was al dente but the presentation of my dish was not appeasing. I picked the piccata because I wanted 'fried' veal cutlet but what I got was soggy veal. The onion in the sauce was not carmelized, still pretty raw, which doesn't exactly pair well with this dish. Other than that, I liked both their soups, not extremely salty and has great aroma. I'm sure we'll come again, I'll just remember to try something else next time.

Love their pizza lasagne two meals in one! Pizza with pasta and huge slices as well! Makes several meals for one or share with a friend....

We ordered a Bianca Pizza, Wings, Garlic Knots, and Tiramisu to go for dinner at a friends house. The pizza was cheesy. Garlic knots had just the right amount of garlic. If you're ordering wings for multiple people you can order the sauces on the side! This way everyone can mix and match their flavor preferences. It also helps keep the wings crispy until you're ready to eat them. Tiramisu was perfectly creamy. Vibes are a mom and pop Italian spot for a nice dinner with family or a date. I highly recommend ordering ahead to go, or come ready to wait if you plan to visit this location. They were packed to the brim! The boys dug in before I could grab pics of the yumminess.

Excellent food! Grilled chicken with Alfredo sauce in the pasta bowl was beyond delicious. Enough for leftovers for sure. Chicken parm with Alfredo pasta spaghetti and sausage pasta bowl and steak & pepper bowls all were generous portions

So many good reasons to come here. Service has been very attentive and friendly. The servings are generous and the food is delicious and regularly comes out hot. I've been here twice and plan to return to this specific location again!
