I've been here a few times, being diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, and the say is always friendly and welcoming.
This appointment was for my second bone scan. The first was done here last year. Megan administered my injection, and 3 hours later, my actual bone scan. She explained things very well and was very personable. Be prepared because the exam room is cold!
I did have a mix-up with one of my appointments last year, which resulted in me coming to visit for no reason, but I blame that on the communication between the different locations. Overall, it's a comfortable lobby with great staff! Mammogram Friday report following Tuesday night. Last year waited 12 days for the results. See my review below. This year 4 days. Bravo!
Much appreciated. And a new Hologic mammogram instrument obviously designed to be less painful. Thank you, Lenox Hill, for listening and caring.
The techs were as always compassionate, caring and professional.

I was sent by the urgent care in Philip's Plaza, Lynbrook, which was also awful to get an X-ray on my hand. It was too late when I got there, so I had to go back the next morning. My X-ray was taken around 10 AM Saturday and not read until 7:30 PM on Sunday evening. They make you create a whole patient portal to access your information. God forbid anyone should actually call you or tell you anything by phone.
As unpleasant as ER's may be, I would have been treated with instructions for the care of my injured hand. Utterly ridiculous patient care and the kicker is they want to get paid for this. Recently, I had an appt for a mammogram in Lynbrook. The desk clerk confirmed my appointment and told me where to sit. After waiting for an hour and seeing several ladies being called in before me, I went back to the front desk to see what was going on. This facility is very clean & Well run.
Employees are caring and go the extra mile to help you.
I had a test done and thought it was done at this facility.
The receptionist looked up the procedure and dates and explained that they were not done at this facility. She took the time to call the other possible facility and found that they were done there.
I asked her to tell them I would come right over to their location; instead asked them to fax the report to her in Lynbrook so I would not have to travel to the other facility. I appreciated that She went the extra step to accommodate and resolve my problem.
Any facility that fosters this problem solving and work ethic should be commended!
The receptionists name is Nev

Had a recent MRI The end to end process was efficient , professional, and technicians supportive and caring to handling any hesitation going into the tube. Utilizing pre appointment on line processing helped expedite as well.

Had a 10:45 appointment, I was pretty sure arrived at 10:40 but after being registered and changed into gown was called back and was told I was late by arriving at 10:45 and had to reschedule. I called the customer service number to ask about the schedule time and why that happened only to be harrassed and talked down to mainly because she said I should have asked to speak to a site manager when I was there! There were several other people that were having issues with their scheduled time as well. It was overcrowded and unorganized. Never going back!!

Mammogram and ultrasound Monday. Images posted in patient portal. Several scary highlighted areas. No report. Now Thursday still no report.
Oncologist called, was told they are radiologist short-staffed. Report finished Friday, maybe Monday. Totally unacceptable and shameful. Mammogram and ultrasound techs are wonderful. The delay disrespects their work and patients' lives.
