I just got off the phone with their customer service and I swear to you they said they only provide lawn mowing and edging services, who do they think their market is in Las Vegas?!

Lawn LoveMar 22, 2020Previous reviewLiterally the ONLY thing I needed from them was the weeds pulled. I have desert landscaping. Rocks and fake grass. They come one or two times a month, depending on how they feel, and only use a blower. Then when I say "Hey! What about the weeds! The only thing I need you to do?!" They claim there are no trash receptacles. I have four 50 gallon cans. And want to charge an additional $250 for removal and hauling. This is what they left me with. This is after their visit. If they were doing the only thing I've requested, I should have NEVER been able to pull this many weeds. AFTER telling them I was done dealing with them, they sent another person out, and they BLEW AGAIN!!!

I used this service 2 times before. They gave a good price and did decent job.
I wanted to use them again but they RAISED THEIR PRICES. They were willing to book me on a friday but i said let me get back to you. So Sunday i called and they renigged on their offer!!! They say one thing and do another. DONT TRUST PEOPLE who do not say what they will do. They said we JUST all of a sudden changed their platform and wont do leaf removal.

The issues with our first service should have been a clue about this company. Everything was scheduled multiple times then told they couldn't send anyone to us cause there was no one in our area... my neighbor and I use the same service and they were out to do their yard the day they claimed no one was available.
Today, scheduled service. Awesome! I'm home, missed call, look it up call it back and step outside thinking maybe they're there so do the work and have questions. Nope! 'Service Pro' declares he's backed up at 730 and it will be 3 hours before he could get to us and asks about coming back the next day. No biggy, I'm not on a timeline so I don't care. Checking email before bed and i have an email from LawnLove claiming my bushes are overgrown and the cost is going to be 3x the agreed upon rate initially $30, now $90!! WTF!? My yard is exactly as it was the first time they came out, why is it now 3x the cost!? Emailed back that I DO NOT AGREE to the new price because I can't call because no one answers, it goes through various options and hangs up repeatedly.
Take my advice and just DON'T DO IT!! go anywhere else, hell go to Home Depot and higher a couple day laborers, at least they get the money direct and not only a tiny fraction of what you pay.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Please note we are constantly working hard to bring more skilled Lawn Pros on board, which should help provide a buffer against cases like this and cut down on reschedules.
The cool thing about our satellite estimating tool is we are able to get you a quick, instant quote for your service. However, if the lawn pro arrives on site and sees the scope of the work is more than anticipated, then a re-quote is sometimes necessary. I made arrangements last Wednesday. I Needed my grass cut asap and could have had it done The next day By some one highly recommend... however lawn love called me and sold me on their lawn care ideas/program ....they said they would cut grass on Monday... I get an email Sunday evening to rescheduled for Wednesday... (they are short staffed) what choice do I have??? And never mind about my schedule??? Wow... REALLY??? I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP YELPING ABOUT THE OUTCOME!!!
After 1 year I decided to try Lawn Love another chance hoping they were better... After 6 months of an unprofessional experience, IVE HAD ENOUGH, they send people that don't want to work, don't know how to do a job, complains about only making $10.00 per house, even the lawn pros (NOT) complain about the company...!!! At first the lawn was getting mowed. Then after a while they stopped consistently doing the job right the first time. Recently I updated preferences reminding them to do the back yard as well. This was left undone. Now I've received 6 cancelations/reschedules in a row. I've been a customer for over a year. They've told me that they are "short handed" and "don't have anyone in the area to do my projects". Which is odd because I checked their website and they have over 100 homes in my area that use them.
I attempted to
contact their press representative who didn't call back.

Rescheduled 3 times. 2 men came out to my place, they did not trim any plants, they did not complete any weeding. They rather blew leaves around, left my fence wide open and left.

Absolute crooks. They will book your service and take your credit card information and then reschedule your service date over and over and over for weeks, and then finally cancel it because they claim they have no service people to work in the area. Why would you keep advertising and taking appointments if you have no employees to complete work orders?

This was honestly a complete waste of time and a total headache. As others have mentioned, they do not actually have lawn pros they can send out to you and that makes their service completely sporadic.
I scheduled them for my front and back yard and they mowed my front lawn only. I then tried to get them to come back to do my back yard (since it was already paid for) and they cancelled on me SIX different times.
I finally hired someone else and I am now still emailing them trying to get them to refund me for their charging me for both lawns and only completing one. I've emailed with easily 7 different people and they never know what is going on. The service is somewhat like the Uber of lawn care. Sadly, my first interaction with the app after scheduling the service was that they couldn't find someone for the day I requested, which was two days out. So they scheduled one for 4 days after my initial request.
I wish the app gave the actual time the service would arrive, but I was waiting around most of the day and my lawn care professional arrived very late in the afternoon. This is another reason for the 4 star.
With all that being said, the pricing was fair, and my lawn care person was great. Went a bit above and beyond. Would definitely use him again.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
