Kirk Ingels - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been using Kirk Ingels State Farm household insurance for many years. They are responsive, and always get right back to me.
Props to Steve, who is my agent. I called him in a panic because my apartment complex didn't think I'd renewed the insurance on time.
I had, but was out of state, and didn't see their notice until the last minute. Steve sent a confirmed household insurance receipt to our
assistant manager right away! Ta da! Thank goodness, I've never had to make a claim, but they are very pleasant to deal with, and prompt returned calls!

I was looking for a State Farm auto agent and I am truly grateful to have picked this group. Heather Fraley transferred my out of state auto insurance in one day! Knowing I am a new resident, she emailed me a checklist with links on how to obtain my vehicle registration and driver's license. On the next day and me not having a printer, Heather had Calin print out temporary cards for me. I was greeted by the warm and friendly office representative, Emily, whom I had spoken beforehand on finding the location. Heather went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Heather for her excellent customer service! Kirk Ingels' staff, Calin and Emily are superb too. One happy new client.

We have been clients of Kirk Ingels for many years. I'm not exactly sure how many but for at least 10yrs and counting. Michelle is our main point of contact and she has provided service above and beyond recently. My husband and I travel very frequently and often, while we are away, we have needs for documentation for our mortgage. When this happens we are unable to access standard tools such as printers and fax machines, which is needed for these requests. Michelle helped us seamlessly get the needed documentation out to pertinent parties and we greatly appreciated her prompt help!

I've worked with multiple insurance companies and multiple agents in different cities and states, and by far this office -- and in particular Michelle Mele -- is the best! Super responsive and helpful every time I need something, by phone and email. Michelle also flagged new coverages to me for my homeowners policy and it paid off within a couple of years when I had to get my old water heater replaced. I have an old house and the replacement was complex and expensive. Other agents never even mention this stuff. It's a bit weird to say I love this insurance company, so I'll say they're just great.

I called on 12/28/2017 to this office since i saw the 5 star reviews on yelp. Boy was I wrong. All the state farm agents seems like they are too busy with the influx of new business that they are not capable to handle their business. Anyhow I contacted heather I have been so patient with her to get back to me regarding questions to my insurance, since I just transferred to this office. I contacted heather again on Jan 11, 2018 to see what is going on with my insurance transfer.
She emails me back says "It actually just came through this morning. I had a conference today but I have it on my list to take a look at today and see if there is anything we can do." I decided to call state farm corporate office, they told me the insurance transfer was completed to her office on end of day Jan 9th and for sure in her office and control on Jan 10th. But she decided to LIE to me and say it came through Jan 11,2018. Anyhow that is fine, today is Jan 16th!!!! I have not heard anything regarding my insurance questions nothing at all. I just wanted to provide my actual feedback of dealing with this new office. What a good way to start a business relationship. Maybe after you see this review maybe you can get back to me and finally help me. if you are too busy you should of told me on 12/28/2018 not keep me waiting and waiting and waiting. You are in the service business correct? Show some service.

17 years and counting, I have been with Kirk Ingels. Guess its time for a review! There has not been one day in the 17 years that I didn't have excellent customer service. From Michelle to Tanner and everyone else in the State Farm office has been pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend going with the best.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service and support we receive from Kirk and his team, specifically Michelle. Whenever we have ANY questions or need anything, Michelle is always prompt and kind in her response. We very much appreciate her and the level of customer support from the whole Kirk Ingels team. Scott has been so helpful in a pinch supplying certificates of insurance and other documents that we need quickly at our office. He has patiently answered my many, many, many questions. The customer service from this office makes all the difference.
