I went here to get a full set as-well as my toes done! I absolutely loved the overall experience and Service I received! They did a amazing job on my nails and toes they had me in and out of there very quickly after I came in! I would highly recommend this place! This nail set cost me $65 all alone not including the toes.

I've contemplated writing this review for several months. If I could give zero stars I would because that's exactly what they deserve. I went to Jenny Nails for several years and only let Tammy do my nails, pedicure and waxing. I'm very picky and I tip very well. It was generally a good experience. I've heard from many people that they don't go to these type of nail salons because of the blatant disrespect and lack of appreciate for customers. Up until my last visit I totally disagreed with them.
I was extremely suprised and disappointed to say the least about my experience during my last visit. I was getting a manicure and gel polish on my nails. I had just recently gotten a pedicure there a couple weeks earlier so I didn't need that, however I wanted the same color on my nails. Tammy inform me that they were out of that color. I clearly ask her if there was another color that would be close enough that it wouldn't clash and would appear the same to the naked eye and if not I would get pink & white. She picked out (2) colors and assured me that both combined would accomplish my request. While it looked a bit dark burgundy with a slight red hue I trusted what she said. I even questioned it as she was applying it. Well the finished look was in fact dark red burgundy and it looked obviously different than my feet.
I respectfully shared that I wasn't happy and would rather have pink & white and that's when I was exposed to another side of Tammy. She had a terrible attitude instantly. Her demeanor and tone was extremely unprofessional. She ranted with a loud and hostile tone stating she told me they were out of the other color and I selected this color. She refused to correct the mess of a color that she concocted. I told her I was suprised and disappointed with the way she was handling the situation. She continued to try to talk over me and then she started speaking in her language to the others in which it was clear she was talking about me.
The owner (Nancy) was close by and didn't say a word. I had to step away from Tammy because I was beyond annoyed with her behavior. I conveyed my concerns to Nancy and she didn't listen to a word I said but responded with we don't have the other color. I insisted that someone remove the color and Nancy relectutanly agreed to do it. I was so annoyed that I couldn't stand being in there any longer than necessary so I just found a dark coffee color and had her apply that over it.
I told them both that they have zero respect for their customers and while no customer should be treated that way certainly not a long-time customer. It was obvious to me and several others who witnessed the situation that they don't care about customer satisfaction and doing what's right by the customer. They both handled the situation wrong. 1/2 Star worth of service !!! Nail Tech was so rude I was paying for Three basic pedicures services for my wife my daughter and myself The Technician called me Cheap ! because I would not up grade services !! and if that wasn't rude enough from the time our feet hit the water we were in an out in 15 minutes my wife asked the tech to file her toes instead of cutting them she would not comply she told my wife they were even Rude !!!! We will never return it was a waste of $66 as well as our time as a family !!! We were harassed and having to pay for it

I have been a customer of Jenny's Nails for years. I got an infection on my middle finger on my right hand. I called them as soon I found out what I had on my finger as I have NEVER had an infection on my hands. I spoke to Nancy, who acted like she did not understand what I was saying. The technician, Kim, got the phone from Nancy and became very aggressive over the phone and she would not even let me talk. I was trying to tell them that I would bring over my Urgent Care bill so they could take care of it. She kept talking down to me and saying that I did not get the infection from there?!? I asked to speak to Nancy again bc I was not getting anywhere with her and I was told she had stepped away and could not talk to me. They did not even care to make things right. They have lost me and my other family members as customers. Oh, but do keep in mind, that is not the behavior you get right before they are expecting a tip...they are so humble then!!!

I would give less than one star if possible....I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
I made (2) 7pm appointments for me and my mom. We showed up at 6:50pm and the following happened:
A) If I'm listing, I'm ANGRY
B) They acted like they didn't know about my appointment when I arrived
C) They sit us down and start in on our feet without giving us the nail colors to choose from
D) The girl who is supposed to do my SNS nails comes over late and tells me we can't do the color I picked (after I finally got the sample to choose from) can't tell me why and makes me pick another color. I pick black and she tells me she can't do that either. I scramble to pick a third color at what point she tells me she can't do my nails because she has a 7:30 appointment.
E) My mom and I both question what's going on and why she's leaving me and she tells us it's because I "took 20 minutes to pick a color." She wasn't even with me 20 minutes.
F) the manager comes over to try to help (and doesn't) and tells me the girl doing my toes will do my nails. At this point my mom is done and I am sitting with plain/naked nails. I insist someone honor my appointment and she finally starts my nails
G) the girl is done with my pedi when I realize I never got lotion or a leg massage.
I say something to the manager who is now doing my nails and the girl informs me she did put lotion on me, I was just "distracted picking out a color"

Just took my daughter her as we have many times before. She normally gets the same treatment as everyone else but today was a far different experience. She had her nails painted in one of the chairs that you normally sit in to dry and the lady charged more than normal and the design was not good at all! The bad part is when we left I told the lady we paid that it was not a good experience at all and she more less blew me
off. My wife has been going here for years with all of our girls today will be the last trip

I came to get one nail repair, SNS full set was done five days prior, the total was $35. They had me seating for forty minutes without anyone coming to attend. They claimed they were busy but there were other workers sitting around. When I got the attention, a nail tech come and throws the basket asking me to select the color. I was a bit irritated because this is something I could have done 40 minutes ago. I pick the color I though I had, but when she opened the powder it was a different color. I asked, if it look at little different. The nail tech started yelling that I should have pick the right color. She said that I should have remembered the color I had (really). She said I was wasting her time. At this point I was upset and told her she didn't have to do the repair. Her response, good I can go home now. The level of professionalism was the lowest I've every received. A nail trip is supposed to be relaxing and stress free. Needless to say I will never visit again!

I've finally found a nail salon I like in HENRY County!
Clean- they use a liner for all pedicures
Friendly/quick-I've not waited more than 10 minutes

Called to schedule an appointment to get my nails done and found out my favorite nail tech -Linda quit. Does anyone know where she went? She was the best tech in there and her customer service is far better than the rest.
