I was told they price match the competition on an FNX tactical 45 and they lied to me about that. I found one that was $875 from juniors gun shop online. Jays gun shop wanted $1199 and would not honor the price that they told me that they would match from the competitors pricing. P.S. I have bought at least 5 of their overpriced guns.

Excellent deal on a hard to find Colt 45 even did a layaway great communications and easy fast pickup .

Horrible customer service! Recently purchased a brand new Sig p320c from this store. Had to pick it up after the waiting period. When I arrived home with the firearm, we realized the box had been switched and I had the Sig p210 box and manual. I returned to the store the next day to resolve and was told they would resolve on Monday.

On Monday, I didn't receive a phone call so I called late that afternoon and asked if it had been resolved. I was told to call Sig Sauer customer service. Totally unsatisfactory! I purchased a brand new $700 firearm and they took zero responsibility for providing me with the wrong manual and case. And on top of that, I received a threatening phone call from management because I let them know my dissatisfaction and disappointment. Horrible customer service!

I've been to Jays Guns & Accessories many times. I've made quite few purchases. The staff is friendly, always take the time to talk about each item I'm always interested in. They always have a great selection. I highly recommend then to anyone. They have a shooting range and offer CCW classes. Can't wait to shoot my new addition to my collection. Bought my first conceal carry handgun from Jay's booth during their visit to the Fort Walton Beach gunshow. After testing it at the range and noticing several malfunctions induced by the cerakote coating, I asked if they would be willing to take the gun back for repairs/replacement. Their employees were extremely helpful and accommodating in finding a resolution to this problem. Ultimately, I ended up getting a new replacement pistol that I now carry for everyday self-defense, and couldn't be happier. Great customer service and place to consider if you plan to be a new gun owner.

I am a U.S.M.C. VET with P.T.S.D. I have a serve dog to help me function in society. While entering this business with my service dog, I overheard an employee tell me they don't allow service animals into the business.

This is a clear violation of Federal and State A.D.A. laws (Fl. STATUE 413.08) and is criminal and now I am.now contemplating a lawsuit.

I would encourage any veteran to boycott this business.

One of the few gun shops I like going to. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. They have quite a bit of selection and their prices seem to be better than recent years as well.

My favorite gun store.. great customer service.. lots of weapons on hand.. they even have a good amount of ammo. Their payment plan is awesome.. I've bought six guns already.. as long as I'm making my steady payment I get as much time as I need to buy what ive picked out..they always have a great selection of accessories.. ammo boxes ..sights..grips ...lazers ..so much stuff it makes my amex burn up..lol. prices are very fair compared to other stores...you get what you pay for.. when i am getting new goodies for guns they always make sure it fits great!

The shop men are so nice here and informative. For being a small spot they have a lot of product. Got my first gun and am excited to pick it up. Every gun purchase comes with a free range shooting pass to their range in Baker, pretty sweet.

I have only dealt with this facility twice once I was trying to see how much I could get for my revolver (they had marked the exact one for 750$) so I asked to see if I could get a fair price. The folks there offered me 200$ HA yeah and the exact gun that was in the case to the right had been removed..... Hmmm just saying.

So today I thought I would give them another go... Why you ask because I thought maybe it was a fluke. So I brought my two 1911's in and a 22 to have them let me know how much they might offer. Thinking this would be a last chance because I live in Crestview and would like to keep them in business and what not. Today they told me they charge for any gun quote... I guess they forgot to do so last time.. Shady much. I have nothing against this Jays guns just don't understand. Hope you guys stay open a long time off the suckers that buy from you.
