Steve and his crew are terrific. I had used Hesse Air and Heat some time ago under my home warranty. He did such a great job (which is unusual with many of these companies that provide service with home warranties) that when I next needed service, I'd just call Steve's company directly. He showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem and had his crew here in a couple of hours and fixed my AC. No mess, no fuss! What a great job. Use Hesse, you won't regret it.

Used Steve for a couple reasons. I have lived in Garland for over 15 years and try to use local business in Garland to support local economy. Found Hesse Air Conditioning and Heating, gave him a call and he showed up early, troubleshot my issue, and let me know the system has had lots of work over time. I couldn't afford a new system yet, so he got it fixed for me quickly and will send me a quote for a new system for when I can afford one. Zero pressure to make a sale, which I loved. Helpful and answered all my questions and helped me understand my a/c heating system. In addition, he was respectful and wore covers over shoes to ensure not to track anything in while he worked and wore a mask! Steve Hesse should be your go to AC technician. To my absolute surprise, the work done by Steve was very ethical, excellent, and profesional. He was able to give me all of the different options given my AC situation with the risk and uncertainty associated with each and everyone of them. Overall, this company was professional and worked on my AC system in a very rapid manner. Steve has an excellent understanding of AC and heat system and for that reason choosing him was a wise choice.

When we needed a new AC unit, wE called several places. Steve answered his phone, and provided a lot of great info to start. When he looked at our existing units, he gave us several options including costs. When we selected new units, he took care of all the details, personally supervised the installs, and did a great job. After the install he followed up with additional info, and proactively called at the end of the summer to check in and make sure the transition from cooling to heating went well. Great quality service at a fair price. We highly recommend him.
