While I am upset at the shortening of their hours now from 8 AM to 8 PM, I can say that I was incredibly impressed with the service I was provided during my last visit with charge nurse, Melissa.
I had some issues with a previously inserted PICC line that she addressed so quickly & professionally. Not only did she ensure that all my concerns were addressed, but did so with a smile and some humor to relieve my stress over my health situation. The customer service is getting bad by the day. Specially to those that are paying out of pocket i feel service should be a lot better.

Urgent Care was closed at 3:00pm without proper signage, very frustrating when in search of care. Their phone just rings until it disconnects if they are closed. I never even step foot inside but definitely won't waste my time in the future again!

Every time I got sick and needed immediate medical attention, the staff at Optum has always valued me as a patient. Whether I'm seen by a doctor or a nurse practitioner, I've always been provided with the best care. I just wish that Optum did not close so many of their urgent care centers.

Horrible!! Like serious!!! Radiology shame on you for turning me away, and making me re-schedule CT orders that I got from urgent care. First of all my orders didn't say I had to fast, you basically didn't want to do your job because you were "alone". I'v worked in a radiology office before and I can totally see through your laziness. Your radiology closed an hour hourly the day before and so I came the next business day and you turn me away. Yeah don't come here. These people don't want to work and then close early so they can go home early, they don't stick to the business hours they claim to have. Quality of care is shit here... literally...... it's not the radiology techs job to dictate how something is done let alone doctor's orders. BTW If anyone comes across this call your insurance and complain!! Last time this happened my insurance figured it out and also if you have justification you can also file a complaint with your insurance company, I would even do a grievance! This information can be helpful.

They don't answer the phone, you will be on hold forever. Which doesn't make sense because they usually have multiple medical receptionists on site, and not a single one of them can take a phone call apparently. Good luck if you have to make or change any appointments. You will be forced to do everything in person. I suggest finding a medical group that has better communication.

Went in for a fractured ankle. The diagnostic took a few hours because the place was crowded, but that was fine since it's expected of an urgent care and they gave me my own place to rest my ankle while I was waiting. Tried to get an estimate for what the bill would be of certain things like an Xray with and without insurance but they couldn't give me it. Other than that small thing, the staff were very nice though and gave me all the information I needed to help me heal my ankle.

If you get to Olive Garden 5 minutes before closing time they'll seat you and serve you all the spaghetti and breadsticks you want. Got to this place before closing time needing just a few stitches and was turned away. Garbage people, garbage healthcare. The only thing "urgent" about this $hithole is its employees urgently trying to go home.

Worst doc ive ever been to. Dumb ass is using a phone app to identify problems and tried to say back issues cannot be connected to GI issues. Essentially laughed in my face and kicked me out the door. DO NOT GO HERE.
