I had the perfectly prepared rib eye, sampled four dinner wines from the bottle menu, and two dessert wines. And because it was London, I went in for the hot brownie dessert which was BEYOND. Tip top as they say in London Town.

I had to give it one star to post a review. I love all Gordon Ramsey's shows so was excited to find three of his restaurants in one hotel in London. I found the bar staff at the steak house rude. My last night there I went to the Cat to have a glass of champagne. The bar staff was not much friendlier, the restaurant smelled like burnt fry oil that I will never get out my dress.

Gordon you need to do spot checks on your existing restaurants. I will not go back nor go out of my way to patronize any of your establishments.

Omg they have the best filet minion I think I've ever had! lovely atmosphere, friendly and attentive waitstaff, yummy cocktails!

My girlfriends and I had a celebratory dinner at this Gordon Ramsay restaurant in the hotel we are stayed in Mayfair. The foods may look simple but all tasted fantastic. The most intriguing we tried was the mashed potatoes with bone marrow gravy. Delicious!

low light, fun music, strong bar appeal. First time trying Ramsey's beef Wellington. Pastry was a bit toasty. I didn't enjoy the flavor of the red wine jus, but a sauce was necessary to add moisture to the Wellington. Ceviche was flavorful. Best sticky toffee pudding in all of London!

Wow, maybe it's watching Gordon on TV, maybe it's expecting excellence from him, but to be honest, this experience fell flat to my expectations. You see, the night before a friend dined at another Gordon Ramsay restaurant in London and couldnt stop raving about it.

The Good:
1. The wings were exceptional, the sauce was delicious. I don't typically eat meat on a bone, and they were tender and delicious.

2. The cheeseburger was amazing. Smoky flavor, tender, good bun and I got a side of the wing sauce to dip my fries.

The Negative:
1. Service was SLLLLLLOWWW - I saw my Manhattan sit on the bar for at least 10 minutes before getting delivered.

2. Our empty plates sat in front of us for at least 20 minutes without being cleared.

The whole experience was unusual, as we expected great service. The food was spot on, and by appearance it seemed that they had more than enough staff working to provide the service that I'm sure Gordon would want provided for his guests.

After careful consideration of my first review, I'm still pretty happy with Gordon Ramsay's Bar and Grill in Mayfair. I had mentioned that we were with a couple that had recently gotten married, and this was the celebration of that, the service staff seemed ambivalent. We had two orders of the beef Wellington for two and honestly the beef was a little tough, but everything else seem to be pretty good. I'm not sure that it lived up to the hype, and I have great respect for Gordon, but this visit really didn't rate five star.

Food was good, not what we were expecting with Gordon's name attached.

Staff seemed annoyed with our presence and could not wait to get us out the door. After having a long day where our hotel had to be changed due to a gas leak (explained to host), we had to alter our reservation. This saw a shift in the staff's treatment towards us, seeming that they were "above us" and annoyed at our presence.

The staff asked if we wanted tap or sparkling water, which we responded "tap," with no indication of a cost. The staff proceeded to set another bottle of water down after we finished our first. Got the bill and these two bottles of water cost £20 !!!!

We feel that we were taken advantage of (it was myself and my brother, American college students, dining) and would not recommend.

The food was good- with the highlight being the bone marrow mashed potatoes. Only reason it's not one star is that we were in and out (maybe not willingly) & food was good quality.

Very cozy bar and grill in Mayfair located in the Marriott Grosvenor Hotel. Known for their steaks . We did try the steak tartare along with the tiger prawns but the star of the show for us was their delicious chicken Cobb salad. Very nice cocktail list, wines & beers & Service was very good. A nice but expensive stop for your first night if you are tired and staying in this hotel.

Recently Visited Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Mayfair, this place was soo amazing. The eye catching Ambiance with cool lighting made my evening comfortable. Staff around, was soo polite and professional at all times. Heading into cocktails , the bar and the bartenders have an exceptional hand on new varieties, provided with appropriate suggestions on special drinks and Mr. Ejas did a good job with his entire service on drinks. The food we had was amazingly delicious specially the desserts was just yummy.
Highly recommend this place for really good evenings. Must try the variety of drinks they got.
