Goodwill

This is my favorite Goodwill, but as anyone who shops at Goodwill knows it's hit or miss, this store is cleaner and seems to have decent stock consistently. The shelves are kept organized too, which doesn't happen at many other Goodwils.

The Cheshire Goodwill is now my prime go-to in the area. It's very clean and bright and overall well kept, especially in the clothing sections. The staff is generally friendly and the aisles are easy to browse. Prices have gone up at all Goodwills over time (individual pricing vs. 'all shirts are $3) but what can you do? I'm here every few weeks to look at clothes, shoes, household items, and to sate my jigsaw puzzle obsession. They don't have a very big furniture area if that's what you're looking for, but definitely a great selection of clothes.

Nice to see Goodwill come to Cheshire (even if the locals think they're too good for it). Brand new location opened this week. Came in today and saw plenty of helpful staff and the store was well organized. Prices were great, and they honor the points system too. They also have many clothes with the tags still on them.. the red tile floor is a little crazy, but who really cares. Overall, nice big store with plenty to pick from.

On Saturday July 4,2020, we decided to go and look for an A/c. We went to many of our regular GW spots but there were none. So we just decided to continue looking. We stumbled across this location. Still no A/C, but an awesome store.
CLEAN, NEAT i was truly amazed. After all we drove all the way from NYC. Great location.
The staff went above and beyond in kindness. The one staff member that was really helpful I believe her name is Kayla. (Sorry if I am spelling it wrong). Even though there was no A/C for sale, we did purchase several items. When we do our road trip again we will surely go back probably even start there.

Clean, organized and friendly staff. They also give you a discount on purchases when you bring items in to donate!
