great service so many good items and great workers. the clothes are selling for great prices too. such a great store!

I would give the customer treatment a 1 out of 5, you can just tell right when you walk in the vibes are uneasy and not friendly. I came in on a day and witnessed this blonde worker arguing w another customer. And when i went to check out (very hesitantly) you can tell that she doesn't like her job she just rushed me to get out of the store and was not friendly whatsoever. From reading the receipt i found her name to possibly be Britney but i may be wrong. I also came in here for a quick stop in with a friend and all the workers in the fitting room (black girl with curly hair, an asian girl, and a white girl blonde hair) dont seem to be any help all they do is laugh about you and talk smack on either other coworkers or customers. This store needs a reality check and new management. Horrible

I always stop by this store and it's either a hit or miss. This time I actually found some really cute tops. This place is a little on the pricier side, but in my opinion. I shop really cheap so pricey to me most likely means cheap to most people! But anyways, found some cute tops and I never feel like trying them on especially when I'm on a time limit and if I'm too lazy so when I got home, I tried them and I was so happy about them. So comfy and surprisingly the material was soft and flexible!

the workers actually don't know how to do their jobs, the girls just stand around in a circle talking the entire time. No greeting when entering the store or asked if needed help, had to get my own dressing room since no one was willing to offer any assistance. Waited at checkout for forever and had to ask to be rung up, they looked terribly annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. Cute clothes though. Highly disappointed in their customer service, they need better employees.

I have never really had a bad experience here except for this weekend. I had tried some stuff on and when I finished I was waiting patiently because I didn't know where to put the clothes that I didn't want but there were a group of girls that worked there that were just talking and weren't paying attention. Until one finally decided to look over at me when she saw that I started putting the clothes on the rack that they had. Then I asked her if it was fine to just put it there and she said oh ya just leave it there and I was putting them one by one because I was trying to be organized and didn't want to be rude. But she snatched them out of my hand and just started laughing at me. Not sure what was so funny? And then I gave her another shirt that didn't have a hanger and just said "oh" and started laughing again. Not sure if it's because I didn't like anything that I tried on orrr?? Then as I was waking away she was like "that was so awkward" and continued laughing with her other co workers. That made me feel extremely uncomfortable. So rude. I didn't get to catch her name.

this is for brittney and emily :) went to return a shirt that i ordered online, i thought it was in perfect condition it just fit me weird, but a worker named BRITTNEY immediately accused me of "retagging" the item (as if i have the materials to do that???). i said i never removed the tag and had never worn the shirt out. then brittney comes back and is like we can't accept this bc garage would never send items like this with this type of tag. well miss girl they literally did bc why tf would i go out of my way to reinvent a clothing tag like be so fr. then she proceeds to show me some "stains" on the shirt that she accused me of causing like a) i couldn't even see any stains and b) if there WERE stains they were NOT from me bc again i literally tried it on ONCE and i don't even wear foundation... like the item was fr in the condition i received it. i explained that to her and she then claps back by saying "well it also smells worn"??? like omfg stfu what does that even mean and again i only TRIED IT ON for maybe 15 sec??? like idk brittney maybe your clothes smell after you wear them for less than a minute but not me tho ... anyways then EMILY comes out and both of them continue to accuse me of scamming them with a reattached tag which again i don't have time or materials to even do that ?? and then i said they can put me thru a lie detector goddamn bc i swear i never removed the tag and only tried it on. then brittneys like "you just said you never wore it tho" again trying to villainize me and catch me lying or smth ... i was so gagged i had to tell her yeah i never wore it out ... i tried it on when i received it like a normal person ?! omfg like i can even understand if the item wasn't up to store standards to return (imo it was fine tho like nothing was wrong with it?), but either way it was the completely disrespectful and accusatory attitude they had with me acting like i did smth shady and was trying to scam them. like if there's rly a problem with the shirt it's not my fault it was shipped this way to me?? anyways i called the customer service number they gave me to try to resolve this and the representative apologized profusely for their behavior and allowed me to return the item at this store after all that. my condolences to the other people who work at this location and have to deal with emily and brittney.

I cannot emphasize enough, how much I enjoy going shopping at Garage at Irvine Spectrum with my daughter. This is always a daddy-daughter experience, one which she and I will always remember forever. We come here at least 2-3 times per week. There are so many reasons why we enjoy shopping at Garage, and why specifically at this location. Let me begin with the first reason - the employees. We know them by name now. There is Joby, the quintessential manager and leader, who has incredible empathy, sharp wit, powerful communication skills and strong leadership acumen. Most recently, my daughter lost her gift card for a substantial amount, and Joby was able to resolve the situation in a wonderful manner. Then there is the always wonderful Britney, who literally says hello every single time we walk in, and converses with me when my daughter is trying on clothes in the impeccably clean fitting rooms. Britney's vibrant and pleasant demeanor make us feel welcomed every time. This coupled with Maddie's outstanding zeal and energy, as well as Sophia's pleasantness and efficiency, make our Garage visits incredibly happy. Both Maddie and Sophia speak with me, I partially suspect to make sure that I am not uncomfortable in all girl's store; however, I also believe that they genuinely wish to engage in conversation.
I usually quietly stand in one unassuming area of the store, so as not to interrupt anyone, who is either working or shopping; however, consistently, either Maddie or Britney will come up and either speak to me, while I am waiting for my daughter, or to both of us. My daughter engages in dialogue with the team here quite a bit, and feels very confidence in doing so. Britney has commented several times on how my daughter is mature for her age and a great kid - and I completely agree. It is nice to have some positive female role models for my young daughter.
Also, I have read some of the other reviews for this location about body shaming, and neither myself or my daughter have felt this way. There has never been any commentary or dialogue, either direct or implied to make us feel otherwise. In addition, the team at this Garage location is so diverse in all of its variety, that I am challenged to find how this could possibly even take place, as the team embodies the demographic of the diverse constituencies it serves.
In closing, the clothes are a little too edgy for me, after all, I am a middle-aged conservative father, but they are so fresh and cool, that my teenage daughter can't get enough and her friends at school always positively comment on them. I estimate that I spend approximately $1,500-$2,000 per year at this Garage location. Emily was one of the sweetest people in the store and I was so happy with how she helped me find items so quickly! She helped me with a return and made the process so quick and easy! I loved shopping here and will be coming back again! Thanks Emily, I appreciated it!

Hi, shopped here last Sunday. First time customer here and loved the store. My sales associate Sophia (long dark hair) helped me & she kept showing me clothes that would be good for me to wear to work. She helped bring me sizes in the dressing room, I was so excited to get this kind of service in a small boutique. I ended up buying 6 pairs of pants. Her customer service was top notch, if it wasn't for her I would'nt of purchased so many pairs of pants! I'll definitely be back and hopefully I will get the same type of service. This young lady knows how to help with customer service and is sweet and kind!

overheard the workers talking bad about me. she said "that girl got a size small skirt but it doesn't look like it would fit her" then they started laughing. i knew they were body shaming me because i was the only one in the changing room and the skirt she grabbed for me was a small. very unfriendly and kept glaring at me without a smile. hopefully next time they will do better and not body shame they're customers out of their insecurities. she had black hair and a nose piercing and the other girl had brunette hair.
