Q:
Is there a dress code?
A:
No, but dressing down wouldn't look appropriate. The restaurant looked classy to me so business casual probably be better.
Rio R.Â2 years agoQ:
Would I be okay with a dress shirt dress pants and black tennis shoes?
A:
Yes, I think you'd be fine. People dress all kinds of ways. It all depends on if the way other people dress will make you uncomfortable or not. They won't turn you away no matter what you're wearing but it is a fancy atmosphere. We have gone in… more

Went to Fleming's to celebrate my husband's birthday...
We were lead to our table and the hostess place a card and confetti on the table (it was a nice touch).
Our waiter was amazing - he was knowledgeable and pleasant. He checked in often, while still giving us time to enjoy our meal.
Our kids enjoyed the three course kids meals - which included their salad, entreé, and a dessert.
For our drinks, my husband ordered the Blueberry Lemon Drop and I had the California Jam Jar. The drinks were great.
We ordered the Colossal Shrimp Cocktail for our appetizer.
For our main courses, my husband ordered the Main Filet Mignon (Oscar Style - Jumbo Lump Crab Meat & Asparagus). I ordered the Petite Filet Mignon (with Diablo Shrimp). We shared the Crispy Brussels Sprouts & Bacon and the North Atlantic Lobster Mashed Potatoes.
For his dessert, my husband chose the Bananas Foster.
The food was very good overall. We asked for our steaks medium and they came out perfectly! One thing that didn't quite hit the mark was the Brussels Sprouts - they weren't as crispy as I would have liked, but they were still tasty. The mashed potatoes were ok, but not sure we'd order them again.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jo B.Rolesville, NC01513May 18, 2024
One of our favorite places to eat and my family took me here for Mother's Day brunch. It was nice to be able to order from the pre-fixed menu AND normal menu. The filet was excellent! The staff is very friendly and very attentive.

We went to Raleigh last minute with a group of 6. Our server was Kendrick and he was PHENOMENAL. He memorized everyone's name and referred individually to us by name throughout the whole night. He was on top of the service. Very funny and kind. The food was also exceptional, we went on Tomahawk Tuesday and got two of those as well as a fish dish... ALL the food was exquisite. I wanted to write a review on open table but because we came in last minute and didn't have a rest online I couldn't. I Will definitely be back if we're back in town to visit.

Our server was phenomenal and remembered all our names.
The steaks were amazing. We had two of the porterhouse Tuesday deals and the meat was so tender and the salads were exceptional. - Mark M.Raleigh, NC12864Mar 19, 2024
I went to a retirement seminar here. There was a lot of noise from the next room. Salad was terrible looked like iceberg lettuce. Meat and sides were good.
Don't use maps to get here. It's outside near Belk on the second floor. Apple Maps had us wandering around the mall.
I live 30 minutes away so I don't think I'll be back. Decent if you are close but maybe check out Perry's across the street on Creedmoor I think.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 17, 2024
I went here for the very first time last year and it was AMAZING. Both my husband and I ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. We also both ordered an espresso martini, and again delicious. The service was great, the waiter was very professional and Informative about the menu. It is a nicer place so I would dress on the nicer side. I will definitely be coming back soon. Perfect spot for a special dinner night out.

The food, service and ambiance of Fleming's is amazing! We celebrated my husbands birthday and the staff were very accommodating, and helpful. This was one of the best dining experiences that I've had in a very long time. Thank you!

Dined at Flemings with a party of 11 for a graduation dinner. The reservation was at 4pm on a Wednesday so we were the first customers there. They had music playing at a low level, lighting low and a calm atmosphere. Our server was attentive and informative.
She asked if it was our first time there and proceeded to
review the menu with us. The menu is a la carte and the sides are portioned in shareable sizes. We started with calamari and crab cake as appetizers for the table and it was super delicious. There was also bread and two types of spread. The spreads were champagne Brie butter and and smoked cheddar butter. The champagne Brie butter was yummy.
As sides we orders the asparagus, Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The sides were okay but didn't have much of a wow factor. For my entree I went with the seared scallops and over the top jumbo lump crab meat. The scallops were cooked to perfection and so was the jumbo lump crab meat. But I felt the portion of crab meat could have been bigger.
At any rate it was a good experience. They are good for groups but next time I go I think I'll just go with one other person for a more intimate experience.
At least five people ordered steaks, four people had cocktails, we ordered 6 sides, everyone had an entree and we also ordered desserts and the bill was $870. For 11 ppl at a steakhouse that's real decent. You should check them out.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - 82915Feb 11, 2023
Excellent restaurant. Some of the best steak I've ever eaten. If you're feeling adventurous I would definitely recommend getting the beef carpaccio. Absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere is very sophisticated and the service is great. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and gave some good advice on what to try. We ordered the Fleming's potatoes which were good. We also ordered the Brussels sprouts which were amazing. One of the highlights of the meal. I would definitely recommend going. It is pricey but worth it for a special occasion.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jeff F.Green Level, NC67Jan 1, 2024
Kendrick was awesome.
Super great food and service for our anniversary. We have been to many high-end steakhouses but by far the best.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kim I.Cambridge Forest, Cary, NC022Apr 25, 2024
