This is my go to store when I need to ship something as its right down the street from where I live. The staff is always courteous here and I'm in and out within 10 minutes. There is ample parking as its in a plaza with other stores.

The minute I walked in, Ponytail Sociopath just said "nope" and walked to the back. So I took my shipment to UPS, where they accepted my $300, and packed and shipped my package without hesitation. Five stars for UPS, zero stars for rewarding the incompetence of this mouth-breather. Will never come again.

One of the customer representatives there is creepy and rude- really flagrantly odd behavior and he opened and inspected my boxes before I tendered them. I'm not crazy about that- I have never had that happen before and I don't want it to happen again.

GREAT experience here yesterday. It was a shitty, rainy day and I brought in an espresso machine to wrap/box and ship and the guys here helped SO well and were very professional.
Such a good experience. The guys were also very knowledgeable and everything. I have nothing else to say.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 8Oh no 0 - Amy K.Westborough, MA468342Dec 6, 2020
Employee was very rude to me, definitely an unpleasant experience. Also I asked them to hold a package for me at this location and it got delivered to my house today...luckily I was home. Guy who delivered it said they NEVER leave a package outside someone's door in an apartment building, but they have done this to me many times. That's why I asked them to hold it. They've also texted me that my package was delivered yet no fed ex truck even came near my building that day. They have lost several packages too. I will literally stop buying from stores that I love when I find out they ship using fed ex. Terrible service

Horrible, mean customer service. I would never go back to this location ...
I have a FedEx shipping account as I frequently ship stuff for both work clients and personal gifts to friends, etc. So I am no stranger to both USPS and FedEx. I was pretty stoked that FedEx now offers flat rate shipping with 3 or 4 box sizes.
I stopped in one night to pick up a small flat rate box to mail something to Nebraska. I was looking through the box sizes and this Broomhilda the viking looking older lady behind the counselor barks like a Marine Drill Instructor, "What are you shipping?" I wanted to say 'None of your business ... That's what I'm shipping." But I politely said I wanted to ship a bottle of perfume to a friend.
"Well unless you have it with you, you're not shipping it in one of those.", she curtly replied. I thought she had to be kidding. " Why not?" I asked. "Because those are the rules." She said as she stared a hole in me until I put the box back in the rack and walked away as if I was standing between a bear and its cubs.
So, I am assuming now that based on her angry out of nowhere tone and statements that FedEx won't let you ship something in the flat rate box unless they see you put it in? What?? That would be the dumbest strategy ever for something supposed to simplify shipping. Why do you need to see my personal items that you want me to wrap in the store? What if I was mailing an 8 inch bright pink dildo?? That would be interesting.
USPS let's you order flat rate boxes to your house so you can pack at home. Or, you can pick up whatever free flat rate boxes you need at the post office. That's the beauty of flat rate. Most people actually pay more for flat rate priority shipping than if they packed and weighed the box themselves. Its a convenience thing.
What is FedEx scared that someone's going to steal one of their 4 inch cardboard flat rate boxes for some other use than shipping? Idiots.
Not only that but imagine a line out the door and you have to stop and package the item you are sending in the line. (Considering the same packing tape costs $1 at the dollar store and $7 at FedEx, then you have to buy tape there too?)
I'm sure Broomhilda the angry viking lady was misinformed because that would be the stupidest product roll out since New Coke if she was correct and you have to package your item in FedEx while shipping flat rate. But still ... Now I don't know. So I guess I will be shipping USPS Flat Rate Priority from now on.
If you like angry employees who snap at customers for no reason and offer no explanations about their services, go to this FedEx next to Trader Joes in Shrewsbury. This lady cost FedEx a considerable amount of shipping business. I was excited about FedEx offering a flat rate ... But now after my interaction with her ... Fuck it. I'm shipping USPS flat rate where I know what's going on and don't have to show them my items and pack them in a store.

Had a very good experience when needing to ship a package with pre-paid label. My printer did not print a clear enough label, but staff was very helpful in printing it from my forwarded email. They couldn't have been nicer or more friendly.

Horrible service. Customer svc was non-existance. FedEx pick up was scheduled twice and no one showed up. Wasted 2 days of my time waiting for them. I gave up waiting and dropped of at this FedEx office location. Later got a call saying cannot ship express because of a particular lable on the box. I was under the impression that they can do the ground shipment. Came back to switch lable to ground and was told cannot do that either. No help or solution was offered. Just said "can try" the facility location and see if they'll take the package. Where is the customer service? For those who works there today, do yourself a favor and stay away from customer service line of work.

This location probably serves my needs in a satisfactory manner every other time I visit. At least two times I've visited they've been unable to ship my packages without offering a solution that I didn't figure out myself. When shipping a particularly large item, I will give credit to two of the female staff members for making an effort to find a way to ship my item...but when unable to find a way to box it they informed me I needed to go to a fed ex freight location, and were unable to tell me where that was. The overall feeling I get from staff when I go in there is that shipping my packages is a hassle for them, despite it being a basic function of their job. I will continue to use Fed Ex simply because it is the chosen delivery service of my employer, but for personal packages it is USPS every time.

So I stroll into this location during off-peak hours. I decided to try this FedEx because they were open late. I drag my heavy package into the store. All of a sudden I saw her, a bumbling employee wearing a Santa hat with stitch ears. No smile, no hello, just bitch-face. Odd for someone wearing a Disney themed holiday hat I thought. She then bark-mumbled something to me, which turned out to be some kind of a question. I proceeded to tell her I would like to mail my package, and told her when I would ideally like for it to arrive at it's destination. She then says that the only way that my package would get there in time was if I coughed up over $120. And mind you, this package was going to middle America, not middle Earth. I then said thanks but no thanks.
I'm not bothered that I was asked to pay an astronomical amount of money for a medium sized package to be sent two day air. I am bothered by the smugness and lack of help that I experienced from this lady. I'm sure that there were other options that were available to me through FedEx, even if my package would be late. I'm sure two day air was not the only way to get my package delivered on time when the day I requested it to be there was five days away. The thing is, this lady did not want to help.
Fun fact: The next morning I went to the USPS, where I was served with enthusiasm and smiles, and was able to mail my package for a quarter of the price. Never again will I give FedEx my business if they are going to continue employing smug middle-aged women wearing Stitch hats. Nobody that miserable deserves to wear Disney apparel. I decided.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
