The best employees around! The bank itself is nice, but its the people that make it the best! Arthur and Cindy are the kindest, professional and overall just lovely people. The go out of their way to decorate plan member events and activities. They do a fabulous job representing FIG FCU.

Hi Kelly, Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review for your Credit Union branch. We will make sure the Agoura Hills Branch Counselors get recognized for their hard work. -Christina

I was very disappointed with FIGFCU. They provided misinformation about products and showed lack of communication with a concern I had. Would not recommend.

worst federal credit union do not sign up with this bank they are greedy charge you for every think that hits your account even if if they don't cover the biller than they threaten to report you to tell a check with out given you a chance to clear the charge that they charged you for $28 for every insufficient bounce. the most unprofessional bank and the service from the staff is horrible!!!!

Worst credit union ever!!!!
There are nothing but problems with this organization. The accounts are not as advertised, they make things impossible...
First I needed their secured Visa, which is a horrible mistake... even though they advertise it for rebuilding credit is does just the opposite... Every other bank and credit union will convert the secured card to unsecured after a year of good payment history... Not FIGFCU, a great big F*ck you, they will not convert it, to change to an unsecured. They tank your FICO because
* Score goes down for running a new hard credit inquiry
* Score goes down for closing the an established credit line
* Score goes down for opening a new credit line
* Score goes down for average time of open accounts
* Score goes down for number of accounts on credit report
So I am refinancing my house. First FIGFCU lists themselves differently with the different credit reporting agencies, second they use different account numbers, so these accounts to not match up with each other, and it appears that I have 2 different accounts. Even the balances do not match up... I called and had to get 3 letters from them trying to explain this, as needed for the refinance... eventually this all looked to sketchy so Equifax... Equifax! called them a total of 7 times trying to verify the information, and FIGFCU pretty much told them to F*ck off. I called and spoke with these clowns on many occasions during this process... and I can not grant permission for equifax to call in and verify the account and I can not call in on a 3 way to verify the information. Basically they do not care... this delayed my refinace over a month. Eventually they just gave up trying to verify the account and assume that there are 2 accounts, which by the way, directly cost me $40 to have Equifax "verify" the accounts, even though they could not get verification.
Today I made a purchase on Amazon, and had for Prime same day delivery. I decided to use my aforementioned FIGFCU Visa, and it was delayed declined. I am not near my limit or anything, but they are having system issues, so I cannot log into the account, cannot go into shared banking branches or anything. So back to Amazon, I went to check the status of my same day delivery and it said it was on hold there was an issue with payment, so I made the payment on another card and now delivery will be tomorrow by 9pm.
The ONLY benefit of the Credit Union, which I will keep my basic $5 savings account forever for is the lifetime employee discount on Farmers Insurance, should I ever leave the company.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gloria P.Ventura County, CA4362972627Sep 5, 2013Updated review
Credit union is nice to have. A lot of benefits and use any credit union ATM with no fee. The girls here are very nice and helpful. Great customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. I have contacted this credit unions customer service numerous times about my account and have had no response for a week. I've left my name and number one their phone "queue system" and still nothing. One day when I did get a hold of someone I was on hold for 2 hours before. This is ridiculous.

Worst credit union around! I'm closing my accounts and going to one of the other two credit unions I belong to.
Their new banking system is the reason. It is terrible. They know their system is terrible, and offer that they are working on it. Save yourself the headache and bank somewhere else.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cinthya S.Fort Worth, TX1723Oct 19, 2017
HORRIBLE!! Worst credit union ever!!!! They make everything impossible and have a $10 fee if you want to make a payment via phone or their online system. Their website is AWFUL. Not user friendly at all. I've contacted them about my login several times and it still doesn't work. They need to get it together. Such an embarrassment, it's 2017 your website should be WAY better than it is and how about you put valid email addressed as your primary contact. Every time I've tried to send an email it bounces because the email address is invalid or the inbox is full.
