Distrust company. Received all my documents but never get back with me or offer any further help. I called several times. They promised to look into my case. After 2 months but still no word from them. Hope they don't use my confidential documents to scam me.

They are completely AMAZING. 100% genuine and down to earth! The process is quick and easy to understand. Didn't think that it would run this smoothly. Definitely would recommend to anyone undergoing the divorce process.

This place was amazing! Abbey and everyone on staff was extremely helpful. After several weeks of getting the run around from lawyers they knew exactly what I needed from the second I walked in the door. Great customer service!

Aside from the shabbiness of the office, the service was unaccommodating. This business serves a clientele that are going through a divorce, and therefore predictably struggling to handle some radical changes and personal upheavals in their lives. For instance, I am now living the life of a single Dad of three children. I was able to keep my first appointment with Express Documents and Mediation, but a prolonged illness and unexpected eventualities caused me to miss, I believe, the following three appointments.
In each case, I let them know I wasn't going to be able to make it, and I rescheduled. But the staff was told not to do business with me anymore. Really? I explained why I couldn't make the appointments. Perhaps the staff never bothered to note my reasons?
UPDATE: I was contacted, very quickly, by the attorney at Express Documents and Mediation. He was very cordial and helpful, and as far as I understood, the whole problem turned out to be a kind of clerical error. He explained that many people are in similar situations as mine, and Express Documents is familiar with such obstacles and willing to patiently work through them in order to help.
I'm going to talk to my wife about trying again with Exp. Docs., and I'll adjust my rating when I have the chance to work further with them. For now, I'm grateful that Exp. Docs reached out so quickly and tried to resolve this misunderstanding.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
