My experience was very good! Professional honest service!
My first time at this location and will surely be going back. Dr Soumya was great! I went for a routine cleaning and they did take X-rays as it was my first time there. Everything was done promptly and I did not have to wait long. Dr Soumya was very friendly professional and checked my teeth and said I did not need to do anything else. Definitely appreciated her honesty.
I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

We went to see this Dr. In Dec. 2022 for cleaning. She took lot of extras to make money. She just use the electric brush to clean, but have not done any cleaning, because I was over there with my daughters and my wife. She done with all 3 patients in half hour And charge my insurance $900 for 3 of them without doing any thing. we are filing a claim with insurance for Dr. doing a fraud. We recommend all other customer to check with your insurance, to make sure, this Dr. is not doing any fraud with your insurance. We recommending people not to use this Dr.

It's never easy finding a new dentist for your family of four. Especially when all dentists take different insurances and have different procedures! Evergreen family dental group was a facility that fell under our HMO plan so I decided to try it out.

Scheduling the appointment for my 10 and 5-year-old was easy. All they asked was for their names and insurance information (they had already been assigned the facility).

On the day of the appointment we arrived a few minutes early for paperwork and I was so surprised to see how busy it was! When me and the kids walked in, all of their waiting chairs were filled up! This made me slightly nervous thinking that we wouldn't be seen on time but I was wrong about that. Just a few minutes after completing the paperwork they started doing xrays on the kids and sitting them in their chairs for cleaning.

All the staff was very kind and patient with the kids. My sons cleaning went smoothly and so did my daughter! Unfortunately for her, she needs a filling and had to give me a referral to a pediatric dentist.

Before we left they each got little goody bags with new toothbrush, paste, floss and a toy!

Overall a good experience, just wish I didn't have to take her somewhere else!

I should have looked at the ratings first. This place is called FAMILY dental but when I brought my kids in they don't specialize in children dental services! Why call it family then, why call it a dentist office when no one is picking up messages or emails? This place is crappy find a better dentist with staff available to speak to you. Their voice mail says er dental services only well wth call me back it's been 2 days of messages to you!

This is the worst
Unprofessional dental office that I have gone to. The first appointment went ok but they demanded get clearance from my husband doctor after I dropped off the paperwork they said the dr work look at it and call and make an appointment. That did not happen. I called got an appointment and told the receptionist that I wanted an appointment for my husband to get a filling fixed. I was not told they would not do that. When we got there the and I was told the bill would be 250.00 and the dr she said she would not do anything until we agreed on doing the deep cleaning and when I told her I did not have It and I ask if she would not do a regular cleaning she refused and said we get a second opinion and we left I get get the paperwork from my husbands doctor back. All she and her staff are interested in is taking as much money out of a patient's wallet not taking good care of their mouth. Unless you want bad service don't ever go their. If I had the power to revoke her dental license I would because of her unprofessional manner of doing business if I could give no stars I would. My husband is 80 years old and I would classify it as elder abuse they she treated him. Which is against the law!!

I think she does excellent work for a reasonable price and I feel I can trust her

We tried Dr. Soumya Shivanna because she got good reviews on Yelp. Our problem is that there does not appear to be a human in her office that you can speak with. To book an appointment, you can only leave your name and number on an answering machine, and hope they call back. In our case (3 calls over about a month) they never do. Apart from the challenges of getting an appointment, I can't help but to wonder if the response would be any different if we had a dental emergency with one of the children. So we are going to try a different dentist.
