What a wonderful experience with Elegant! I wanted a party bus for my 40th birthday and the experience with Elegant was phenomenal from start to finish. Maria was our driver and she was spectacular. Lovely, accommodating and a great driver. I was able to bring alcohol on board and play music. It was so fun! All plans happened so seamlessly because of Maria and Elegant's flexibility. I will definitely be a returning customer!!

Y'all... I have been on many a wine tours in my Texas days and @elegant_tours literally blew us away! Our driver Rick was so cool and timely and helpful... the help with planning was SO easy... assisted us with deciding where and who and when.... in our van we had music and drinks and TVs and lighting. It was the real deal. we did 3 wineries and Salt Lick and a cool stop at Buckees for our out of town guests. Everything was perfect.
Seriously. Book them.

Excellent service. We were picked up on time for our trip to AUS for a flight. The driver was kind, polite and capable. He managed our luggage well and provided excellent service. The entire process was pain free. The responses to inquiries were prompt and everything was arranged and adjusted easily. We will use them again.

We used Elegant for our wedding transportation and it was 5 stars across the board! From the very beginning, they were quick to respond, had all the answers, and took the time to answer and address all questions. They were extremely professional, especially Jess in their sales and booking office. She applied discounts, responded promptly and professionally, was patient, and had suggestions based on what we were looking for since we provided transportation for 150 people for our wedding. Overall, the cost of this transportation was cheaper than many alternatives around town based on quotes, and the service was above and beyond.
The day off went unbelievably well! We had initially reserved 5 29 passenger mini-busses, but for unclear reasons, these were apparently not available, so instead, large coaches showed up with MORE than enough room for our entire wedding celebration. They were on time, early actually, and extremely efficient in getting our guests both to and from our lodging without problems. They even made multiple trips for no extra cost!
We also reserved a separate car for ourselves to return with, and our driver was prompt, on time, extremely friendly and professional, and even stopped at McDonald's for my husband and I to get a midnight snack on the way home! We highly recommend Elegant to anyone looking to transport large groups, or really anyone, for that matter!

By far.. the best service... from booking to transportation! Kristen took care of the booking and did an absolutely fabulous job of handling our requests. Benny, our driver was awesome! He was so great we requested him for our return trip.

Customer service was beyond stellar. From the booking with Jess who made it so effortless, to our driver Larry who went above and beyond. I had too crazy of a night and got sick at the end, but he didn't charge me any extra fees and followed up with me the next day to make sure I was ok! He was very cordial and polite and took great care of us that night. The hummer limo was outstanding. 10/10 would definitely recommend and would rebook!! All around great service and great experience!

I realized once in the airline ticketing line at the San Antonio airport that my book was left in our limo. I forgot it! My mistake! Called the office and spoke to Lisa about getting my new favorite book back in my possession. It was so simple and easy to deal with Elegant Limo.

They shipped my forgotten book back to my house. FREE! And it was sent FedEx Priority Overnight. Holy smoke! Such amazing client service and personal touch in order to make a bad situation turned into triumph. They are awesome!

It's not everyday the Executive Partner/General Manager of a company saves the day!

My family landed in San Antonio without car seats for our 1 and 3 year olds and needed to get downtown to the riverwalk. We were not going to risk traveling in taxi's so I asked around the airport. There I met Paul who was driving an Elegant Mercedes. He connected me with the home office where I spoke with Kent. Kent personally came to our rescue ~15 mins. later with 2 car seats in a very formal trip into our convention hotel. Oh, he threw in a quick tour of downtown as well. We enjoyed it so much, we booked a return trip to the airport at the end of the week. Kent is the man, and we will for sure book our transportation through Elegant Limousine & Charter in the future.
