A quick grab and go spot for my supplements. I came here for some Genius Mushrooms last time and today I was on the search for some electrolytes.
I usually get the lemon flavored Liquid IV, but I decided to try out the ones from Prime since they were on sale.

Walked in 7-mins before closing as Safeway didn't have the face wash I needed. The moment I entered the older lady at the register yells "you have 4 minutes make it quick" -- thanks for the warm welcome! She had the cash out from the register on the checkout station and said she couldn't leave the cash unattended to come help 4 customers that were waiting for someone to open up the cabinet to get what we needed. We all just walked out empty handed. I'm not giving my funds to rude service.

I have mixed feelings about this location. The pharmacy itself has always provided great service and their staff has always been friendly. Their store is well stocked and I always find the vitamins and personal care items I need. Plenty of parking and it's a nice, clean store. However, the store staff are just downright rude and inappropriate to each other. I witnessed a yelling match between a lady who seemed to be some type of senior staff member or supervisor and a younger man working the registers. They were arguing and name calling in front of the customers and the younger man left his register unattended and stormed out saying he was quitting. I don't know the nature of the argument since it was in progress when I arrived but it made me, as a customer very uneasy. This last week, this same lady was extremely rude to me as I was using the self check out and had noticed something didn't ring up the sale price. She refused to come over and take a look for me and told me I wasn't following her steps on the register. She wasn't helping any other customers and was yelling to me from 10 feet away. I know that if I see her around, just to probably avoid her-just plan rude and I've seen her be confrontational to employees

Wanted to give the employees at the pharmacy a great review. They are always so kind and so patient with me which sometimes I need since I have a lot of anxiety, forget to pick up me meds, need them filled AGAIN..... etc
While waiting they always provide the same caring service to others in the community and in my experience wait times are really short! And the text messaging to refill meds is so helpful as well.

Let me tell you something! There is nothing better in this world, other than getting full price items for nearly nothing! Over the past four days, I have received two text messages one was a five dollar rewards and the other was a six dollar rewards. I walked away from CVS with both of these items for only $.32! Can you believe it? That is one of the many reasons why I love shopping at CVS. They always have deals for me!

I would give a zero rating if that was an option. They sold items that were not marked as final sale, did not tell us at checkout, and then lied about why they wouldn't refund our money. $50.00 may not be much to some people but it's a lot to us.

Last week, on Wednesday, I placed an order of 45 4x6 photos to be picked up. I am a teacher and needed first day of school photos printed. On Friday, I went to pick up the photos at the CVS on 2nd Street in Brentwood. First of all, no one was at the cash register for about 15 minutes. Then, once she came, she couldn't find my photos. She had to call her supervisor who also couldn't find them in the computer system. Once she checked the photo drawers again, she found them right away under my last name. Turns out, the first employee did not listen when I spelt my last name for her. This all wasted over half an hour, when it should have been a simple pick up considering I already paid for the photos online 2 days previously. THEN, when I looked through my photos, I saw that 18 of them were blank!! This is unbelievable. I will absolutely not be going to this location of CVS ever again. So bummed.

This is the worst example of a CVS that I have ever seen. For 6 years I've been meaning to post this review. Not sure if it's management's fault or the owner of the property but the premises are absolutely filthy. The windows are grungy, as well as the ground surrounding the store. Absolutely disgusting. The exterior has needed painting for ten years at least. What an embarrassment for CVS and certainly not a Brentwood standard. If I were the store manager I would see it as a reflection of my mismanagement and be embarrassed, indeed.

I like the fact that the store has a huge selection of Brands and products, but the tall blonde female pharmacist and dark haired female pharmacy clerk need people skills. They are not helpful at all. Trying to find an otc medicine and just being told its over there on isle 6. Looked for it for awhile, went back up to counter again told its over there. No help, no one else in line either. Little older Hispanic store clerk very rude when I asked if she could assist me checking out. She told me to go to self serve. I told her I didn't want to, and couldn't because I needed to return an item. She still wouldn't assist me until a supervisor named Justin told her to help me. He decided to come over and help me instead and provided great service. The other store employees need to learn from his example of great service.

I have been having the worst time filling prescriptions for my Mom at Walgreens, so I contacted CVS to have her meds transferred. There was an issue with the refill, so I called and spoke to Sarah, she took it upon herself to contact the insurance company to see what could be done, on the Labor Day holiday. When she called back she reported the issue to me and gave me very clear and concise instructions on how to proceed. She was patient, kind and competent. In this day and age, when customer service is a thing of the past, I value it more than ever. What Sarah didn't know is that I had been struggling for 6 days w Walgreens and she figured out for me how to get them filed at a different Walgreens store in less than 30 mins. I am so grateful that she had the compassion to take the time to assist me when I was truly feeling helpless. If I didn't need these meds today, I would cancel them altogether w Walgreens and have them filled at CVS. I have now been on hold with Walgreens for 45 mins where the person I am speaking with is shouting, rude and clearly does not have control of her emotions. I will be leaving a corresponding review for Walgreens, kinda like a part 2 of adventures in prescription transferring.
