This review is unsolicited. I worked with CTS since Fall of 2016 to May 2019. CTS provided professional tax service second to none. They guided me all the way and uncovered many tax strategies resulting to very positive outcomes in resolving the pain associated with the IRS and turning most disadvantage into my advantages.

Barbara Turner goes all the way and extremely patient in working my case. Without Barbara, I could well be another lost soul and not surviving my ordeal with the IRS. It was a job well done and this positive review will not do justice for the service CTS and Barbara did to successfully solve it. I saved thousands from the last IRS Notice and removed tax owed for 2011, and Shared Responsibility. I cannot name it all here.

I will move on in life with this great memory working with CTS.

very very bad company, they make me lose mine time and my money,
im a restaurant owner in NYC.
I old $11000 to irs, after months working with this ridiculous company'they finish my deal i own even more money to the irs now
plus i pay a lot of money to creative tax solution and they do nothing, so now i end up paying $12500 im so upstate

Not a company I would recommend, they are very unorganized, it takes a long time to get an update, and they rarely answer the phone.

As you can see a response with excuses made for the terrible experience and my service was way before covid-19 was even known.

I reached out to CTS to help me with my complicated tax situation. They have far exceeded my expectations. Their patience through the process has been the best. My Rep, Noemi, has been very thorough. She consistently follows up without annoying the heck out of me. Even when I've taken forever to get her the information she needs, she never made me feel like she was bothered by my lack of follow through. And their fees are very very reasonable and trust me, I did my research before choosing them. I give CTS two thumbs up and a fist bump!!! They are the best. I will use them forever.

This is a great team of individuals who truly care and work their hardest to get the best results for you.

If I had it to do all over again, I would have found a tax attorney that I could visit in person or handled it all myself via google. I didn't know any better. I still got garnished by the state which CTS says is my fault. The IRS has "forgiven" my debt but if I get a slightly better job they're coming after me for the money. The CTS rep really tried and she was kind. If you have a complicated scenario, are facing bankruptcy, job loss, property loss, that might be too complicated to manage over the phone.

I would like to start off by thanking the CTS team! Adam right from the beginning made me feel really comfortable right at the start. And a special thanks to Don that was able to negotiate a great manageable payment plan with the IRS and State. I would highly suggest this company!!!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company. I have been working with them for almost two years on my case.
