Climatech Air

a few weeks ago we encounter a storm which knocked
our power out, once power was restored we lost our AC. During a holiday weekend we had someone come out and try to restore our AC. After serval attempts we now have AC, along the way there were some minor hiccups , but in the end Climatic came thru. I want to thank all of the workers and helpers who played a role in getting my system back up and running, especially the ladies in the front office whose professional knowledge played a major role.

We've had these guys for a few years and the first mistake they made they didn't come when they were supposed to and our air conditioning unit flooded upstairs in water broke through the ceiling on the first floor it was leaking through on the second floor. Ruin furniture and pretty much everything else in his path. If the guy had come on his scheduled maintenance time and not waited 2 or 3 weeks we wouldn't have to repair thousands of dollars worth of damage. And the second time was just now they said they were going to come repair something that came and looked at it and just left without saying anything. These people have never done anything to help us except unburdening us from some dollar bills that we would otherwise carry.

We have been using Climatch for 30 years, but the last 2 times they have come out the charge to do a repair was $500. That was the minimum, could have been more. The first time we declined the repair, the last time was a freon leak, so we let them repair it. Can't tell you how disappointed I am in their new policy. We always called on them and they always responded, but $500 per service call is out of line.

They came by and worked with "american scam shield" in order to bring my unit up to code LAST year...but its been only 9 months and this is NOTHING like the Trane unit they claimed was out of code! It outta be against the law to sell trash units like this! Only 9 months and I'm gonna have to call them AGAIN because this unit ISN'T COOLING PROPERLY... again... just had them out here 4 weeks ago and they said a "wire" was bad... nothing but SCAMS!!!

David, our technician, was fantastic! Arrived quickly, promptly diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem and even stuck around to ensure our air conditioning was working properly after the repair. David even called a few days later to ensure our system was still working properly. I would strongly recommend Climatech, especially for after-hours, emergency repairs.
