Chipotle Mexican Grill

Unfortunately they did not have the protein i was looking for so I had to get something else. They were actually out of a lot of stuff when i went there. Not sure if it was because they had been busy, or what reason. Staff was nice enough about it though.

Portion was outrageously small barley any chicken on my bowl. Not worth it!! Never going back

Chipotle advertises they only use fresh ingredients? See pic of bland, brown guac. Anything but fresh, and the staff are rude!

Went to the original chipotle on Evans yesterday. Greeted and treated like they wanted me there. Food portion sizes were nice and if you feel like coming back like you were being treated. Like a great customer. Come to this chipotle. Your customer service is horrible and let's not add Phillip Wren manager punishes the employees for making a big portion. When you see signs that say, ask for extra, it's no problem or the portion sizes are consistently a Chipotle this chipotle is not one of those great news chipotle is very below par. I blame management.

Listen, I know things happen, and this place is always so busy - I get it. But I pre ordered this evening and it was not busy when I got there to pickup, so why did y'all abuse my burrito like this? *see pic

Karla threaten tonfight because I asked her to make changes my burrito as it was being made. Then she told me I need to Spanish. José wanted to know if i was about that life. And the manager said that I could have the ingredients I wanted on my burrito

This is the worst location I have been to for chipotle. The staff are incompetent and oblivious to anything and everything. It seems that if you do not speak Spanish or are not Hispanic then the staff absolutely do not even want to help you or ever care about making your food right. My wife went in to get some lunch which was made wrong, portioned improperly and the staff always seems to argue with her about about everything. She asked for a soft drink to go along with her food and instead of getting a soft drink the lady ringing her up , Vanessa, threw a bottle of milk on not the bag. My wife told her she didn't want milk and instead of the lady apologizing and making it right, she continued to argue with my wife about what she ordered and then speaking badly about my wife in Spanish to her co workers on the front counter. Completely unprofessional and chipotle should be ashamed of this location.

The line was long and it moved very fast. The food was fresh and good. The employees were friendly and attentive. Tables were clean.

Who goes into a Chipotle and they have no pico no sauces, no cheese, no rice, no guacamole, but get mad at you because you decide not to order??? West 32nd Ave Unit A Get your stuff together and hire better employees who work. This was at 930pm.. You close at 10pm...

Apparently, ten dollars gets you half of a burrito these days. The soda is just for reference and did not come from Chipotle.
