I had a Manicure. Pedicure done 3 times, and i plan to keep going there because it really cant get any better, at a fancier spa.
Love the results! And the friendly staff.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - JT B.Miami, FL6255411Aug 25, 2019
First and foremost Nancy did a great job on my nails. She took her time and made clean lines. The price for an upgraded mani and pedi was $45 so you can't beat that in Miami. The rest of the experience is something like a twilight zone time warp movie. The building itself is so reminiscent of LA from the 1970s that you were waiting for Cher or Carol Burnet to pop out in a floor length polyester dress. The salon itself is full of very nice and colorful characters. The downside, they have no hot water for the pedicure which is essentially your feet soaking in a tub below the manicure table which turns cold quickly. I would go back for a manicure but due to the water situation not a pedicure. Very nice and caring team at the salon.

Very convenient place.. I work two building away.
I definitely recommend making an appointment. I arrived at around 12:40 (on my lunch break) and the receptionist did not want the nail technician to attend me because someone had an appointment at 1.. Thankfully the nail technician did not listen to her and attended me.
Meanwhile the next appointment was on their way, the nail technician, who was very sweet and funny, started cleaning my nails. The girl who had the appointment at 1 came in and the technician had to stop and attend her. Meanwhile, I was picking out the gel Polish I wanted. I did Shellac, which costs $35.. While I was waiting, one of the hairstylist started talking to me and he was very funny! I loved him! He made the waiting go by like a breeze...
After the girl (who had the appointment at 1) left, I was attended once again to apply the gel Polish.. Then comes in another person with an appointment and the nail technician had to stop what she was doing with me, to attend the other girl...
I would give it at 3 star.... But I'm not because the staff was very friendly... By my experience, walk-ins are not really welcomed... But over all, very good place. I would go back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - alejandra m.Manhattan, New York, NY04Jul 3, 2021
I called before going in to confirm they knew how to work with microlink extensions; I was quickly rushed off the phone but ultimately confirmed an appointment. When I arrived I had all of them inspect my hair as though it was some sort of museum exhibit all to have them turn me away. This all could've well been avoided had they taken the time to listen and pay attention on the phone as opposed to rushing through the issue. My time and money was wasted. Overall a very annoying experience.

So affordable for Brickell and Yahima makes my regular polish last for 2 weeks sometimes!! And I am crazy about washing my hands....no shellac necessary! This quiet little spot in the four ambassadors condo building is my new go to: $8 polish changes and $30 for mani/ pedi!
It is sometimes hard to get appointments and the salon is a little 'old-lady-ish' but hey, convenience & price wins!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Lisa B.Miami, FL01Jul 4, 2020
I've been coming here for a while and have always been happy with the results. It's close to my office and very reasonably priced considering the area. The salon has been recently remodeled and feels spacious and well designed but the real gems in this place are Willy, who is an amazing stylist and literally works miracles with your hair no matter how dire you think it is!! And Celeste, my nail guru who I can always count on to provide an excellent and relaxing Mani/pedi experience.

I've been coming here for 10 years for Mani and Pedi with Celeste. If you want fast and a good mani/pedi Celeste is your lady. She's been there over 20 years. The prices are great. Also, I met my hairdresser here who now owns her own salon, Taivonny, on 17th Ave and West Flagler Street. Check her out too, she's fantastic.

I started going to Carol Anns because it was conveniently located across the street from my office, and i could pop out undetected around lunch time and come back less than an hour later with a mani/pedi.
I keep going to Carol Anns because the staff is warm and friendly (they all know my name), the prices are very reasonable ($35 for mani/pedi), and the service is great...they do a great job in about 40 minutes (ask for Celeste, she is the best).
If you prefer getting pampered in a spa-like environment, Carol Anns may not be for you...the salon is inside the four ambassadors hotel and doesn't look like its changed much since built. It doesn't bother me at all though, everything else about this place makes up for its humble facadeHelpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Christopher J.Miami, FL0522Mar 2, 2019
Had an appointment, person flaked out. Won't answer phone, manager doesn't care. Given the run around and lied to. They simply don't care.

I was a regular and loyal customer here for many years. Since the current owners took over to say that customer service has declined is an understatement. After one too many incidents of being treated unprofessionally, I stopped coming here. With one stupid action they lost an important customer, who easily found a better replacement. Their loss.
