I was a patient on the Accelerated Rehab floor last year. I was given excellent around the clock care. All the nurses and techs were extremely caring and helpful. This is a great place to rehab.

Yep. Just found out our mother fell out of bed onto their hard floor. No telling how long she was there. Nurse called family and blamed the patient. Why aren't these people doing checks? Do NOT take your loved one there. They should be investigated.

My 74-year-old sister broke her hip and had to have surgery. At the advice of the hospital social worker, we sent her to Carillon for her physical therapy rehab. I have never seen a more inept, incompetent, unprofessional group of people in a medical establishment. Almost to the point of being dangerous. Seems like the majority of the staff were contract workers and they had no idea what was going on, and did not care. Any question I asked was generally answered with "I don't know, I don't usually work here, or I'm from the agency and don't really know what's going on". My sister almost fell twice because the aids were transferring her improperly. I was up there for hours each day, because I was literally afraid for her safety. The PT she was supposed to get daily was very sporadic and sub par.We were finally able to get her transferred to a much better rehab facility. I would definitely not recommend this place to anybody.
