We highly recommend this business. We have a Aussiedoodle and their hair is very high maintenance. Chelsea is by far the best groomer. She's extremely knowledgeable and gives our boy the best care. Switch over now you'll never regret the move.

I have loved this place but today, I will be hard pressed to go back. As a courtesy I called at 1pm after dropping my 2 goldens off at 7:57 am thought they might be getting close to done. I live very rural and had an appointment in Amarillo which is a 45 minute drive. Curtis who took my call said Jaxon was ready and they were about to start Bailey. I said ok. I have an appointment at 3 so it will be 4 or 430 before I can get there and he said that was perfect as I was concerned about the dogs being in their way once ready. I usually do doggie day care and grooming so I can pick them up later. But when I booked the grooming they said they would be ready by 1pm. And that made sense to me as when I do daycare they are groomed in the afternoon. So makes sense Groom only would be ready by 1pm. So I get there at 415. Bailey is ready Jaxon has not even been started. The groomer chimed in that there were probably several in before my dogs at 8am and that they had many in and outs that pay extra to get their dogs in and out.....so I said...I had an appointment and your telling me my dog was bumped but my other dog who came in at the same time was ready....because people like the dogs she pointed to were in and outs. No they bumped he because he is big and has tons of hair. As I said I live rural and she offered for me to bring him back tomorrow as she still had 3 dogs ahead of him...but my other dog again was brought in same time and a golden. So I drove the 35 minutes home with my female and my time means nothing to them and I will drive the 35 to 40 minutes back to get him. All the happened after I had paid our I would have taken my dogs and left. I will be taking my dogs to White House next time. Only went to Canine Country Club because Kim Wofford use to groom my dogs and this is her best friend's place and I have known Kim 14 years and she is an excellent reference but the way the groomer talked to me today. I won't be back because she chose to do easier dogs. He is a gentle giant so not difficult but does take time in blowout due to thick thick hair. I sure wouldn't have tipped. Last time I was there spent 40.minutes because their credit card machine wouldn't work. If they cannot respect we have things to do then I cannot use them. They overbooked and treated others special. I have never been offered and in and out service. So it will be close to 3 hours if they Groom him so after 7pm before he is ready and right in the middle of our supper time....but that's ok...because I only dropped the off at 8am trying save time in my day by only have them groomed and they told me they gave them water....my female drank a whole bowl when she got home and that they were in a suite. Well without water all day....that is not too sweet.

Update 7-14-23: Was told when I finally was able to pick up my second dog at 7:15 pm, first I was told they would text me when it was 30 minutes before he was ready as they knew I had a long drive but called me at 6:40 pm to say he was ready. I was told the owner Angie(see above), who is why I go there would give me a call as she had heard what had happened. Grooming was on 7-12-23 and today is 7-14/23 and no call. I will update this if I hear from her.
However, the groomer Cassie was very nice when I returned and she doesn't do the booking and she obviously was equally frustrated with the number of in and out dogs versus appointments and having dogs backed up. Now her reasoning for Jaxon being late as dogs were ahead of him didn't reason out as Bailey was done timely and dropped off together, but the in and out dogs yeah, they bumped him. His chest, neck and head were still really wet when we got him but he has a lot of hair and she said she started on him at 4:30, even though at 4:15 she had 3 dogs ahead of him.... again I know she doesn't book the grooming and that needs to be fixed. Cassie's grooming ability (pictures below) is the only reason I will consider going back to Canine Country Club at this point and her professional attitude upon my return, we all have times when we are stressed and frustrated and the customer feels it and she knew I was upset about showing up and the reasoning my dog wasn't even started. But the owner not calling as I was told she would, would be reason enough for me to go down the street to the White House or other groomers. I hope they fix the grooming load or get more groomers, not sure they have room for more groomers before they work their groomers into quitting.

We had an unexpected 2 day trip come up. Emma Mae, "Pickles" hates to b away from home & does not eat well when she is. Staff sat on the floor with her, feeding her one piece of dry dog food @ a time to ensure she ate. True care & love for my middle aged pup that has no idea she is a Dog not a person! Thank You Canine Country Club for ur care!

The boarding and grooming is great but since they have moved to the new location their customer service has suffered tremendously. I have walked in on every visit and no one is there to greet me. They are hiding and visiting in the side office and until you ask for help they continue their conversation.

The manager needs to remind them who is paying them and as far as boarding I will be taking my babies somewhere else who appreciates my business.

I've been taking my girls here for years, not once have I had an issue. The owner Angie always grooms my girls and does a fantastic job, and if she has a question she calls before she starts grooming. They have recently moved to their new location and it's beautiful and clean. Today I decided to let the girls have a 1/2 play day before grooming. Well this Daddy was very nervous, and without me asking I got photo updates every few hours so I could see how they were doing. I highly recommend Canine Country Club

Love, love, love Canine Country Club. The entire staff has been so good with our dogs. The communication and feedback after my babies go to daycare is great as well. The staff is very caring with their needs and temperament. I highly recommend Canine Country Club

I decided to try this place...I went in a few weeks ago to check it out, and I was pleased with the way it looked and with the personnel. So I decided to take our dog here. The young lady at the desk was very kind and careful, as was the one who was there when we picked our dog up.
However, they said there had been a problem as they were bathing her. Said she had diarrhea real bad, so they didn't shave her (I had asked for sanitary cut ONLY) or anything else. Ok, I can understand that the dog could have gotten scared and done this, although thats never happened before. Then, when I got her home, she had her natural shaped fur trimmed. I never have a shelties hair groomed other than the sanitary shave. Then we noticed she also had a big 'razor burn" on the inside of her leg. Its bed and looks pretty bad. I may have to take her to the vet. I am very disappointed. I thought they would be better. I need to find a good groomer.
