We had our roof pressure washed/cleaned of lichen and algae, gutters cleaned; our fence pressure washed, graffiti removal and stained; the house plus driveway also pressure washed and cleaned. Everything was done by Adrian, the owner, himself.

It felt like Adrian treated our house as if it was his own. He worked all day on each job. He put such great attention to detail, was meticulous with getting out certain spots, always reported his progress. Great communicator and on time. Cleaned up after himself.

Our house looks so much cleaner, looks like it was just about newly painted. Looks like it could even be put on the market now. Fence looked brand new even though it was installed 10 years ago. He did a great job on it. I didn't put the "after" pictures of the stained fence but it looks amazing. Will try to add them to the review later.

We have more things we will need to get done. We will be calling Adrian back for our next jobs.

Power Wash for Front and Back Yard, Window Cleaning

I requested Adrian' help to do power wash for front and back yard in March.

Needless to say, Adrian showed up promptly on the agreed day and time and kept at it diligently. He had to go get a water vaccuum and the job lasted 2 days that we hadnt initially anticipated but didnt charge anything extra. Its great value for money and he' the person i call for all of the services he lists. Reliable and highly recommended.

I wish I would have taken photos but we were in the middle of a move. Adrian truly transformed our town home balcony and soft washed our garage and they both were sparkling clean. Worth mentioning it was a hard place to get to with minimal drainage but he did it with skill and took his time to make sure it was perfect. Great communication beforehand and during. We've been sending his contact to our family and friends because we can't recommend him more!

I needed my gutters cleaned and my front walk power washed. Bull run got back to me very fast and came out the same day to give me an estimate. They came two days later right in time and cleaned out my gutters and power washed my patio. He spent a lot of time on it and did a very thorough job and cleaned up the gutter debris. Bull run did an great job on the exterior wash of my house. We have siding and the paint was oxidizing badly. Adrian meticulously tested the solution on the paint first to make sure it was not going doing to damage the paint itself. It took several coats of solution and scrubbing to get the paint back to its original state. They worked diligently until the job was done for a very fair price. I highly recommend Bill Run for any type of power washing/exterior washing window cleaning services you need!

I had a very positive experience with Adrian of Bull Run doing power washing of my concrete patio. First off he gave me an estimate based upon my description - others wanted to visit the site to estimate. His estimate was in line with a 2nd estimate I got and he could perform the work with only a few days lead time. He and his helper showed up early, used a variety of tools and solutions over 3 hours and put the furniture back where they found it. My wife says the outside of the house is now cleaner than the inside!
