C. D.Colorado Springs, CO0175Jul 30, 2021I received a referral to Best Buy Gutters from another home repair business that I trust so I am very disappointed this didn't work out. The day of the scheduled estimate, I received two texts changing the times. Chris arrived late afternoon on a Thursday and was here less than five minutes. He said I would have an estimate in a few days. A week later I texted that same number that was used to change times, asking about the status of the estimate and haven't heard back. This leaves me thinking they're quite unreliable. I'll take my business elsewhere.
