I do not like to leave negative reviews. But I hope this doesn't happen to someone else. I went in to get very natural sun kissed highlights. I paid over $500 for a work that I did not ask for and on top the customer care was absolutely unprofessional and very unfriendly. They lack kindness, and patience. She basically yelled at me when I saw she was adding too many highlights and tried to warned her I didn't want too many highlights. (when I asked for something very soft and natural). Horrible experience. Save your time, money, and energy.

duty salon ever! everywhere was in hair, chair, table, and nobody clean it! and after the coloring they take 10 dollars for washing hair i must go to my home with color?

Poorly managed salon with no concept of following a schedule or respecting their customers. I had made an appointment for my friend and I and they had us waiting for over 2 hours before they started with my blowout. Additionally, they refused service on my friend because it was too late due to their own fault after we had been waiting for over 3 hours. They will keep you waiting to provide service to their friends over people that had made previous appointments.

Enter at your own risk! This hair salon does not require its customers or employees to wear masks. I've never felt more uncomfortable.

The Place was full of hair everywhere and did not feel clean (including the chairs used for hair washing station. I tried wiping it off with my hands and even while watching me do this no one attempted to clean anything for me before sitting. I asked how much a blow dry was before deciding if I wanted to make an appt and their whatsapp contact told me $45. As soon as I walked in, I was told that if I didn't have my hit already washed it would be an additional 6 dollars. What kind of blow dry appt at a salon doesn't include the wash!? Also, I was misinformed. Not looking like I will come back here when I can pay less at the blo blow bar, which includes the wash, and is super clean. Disappointed because I work in this plaza and was looking forward to a salon nearby.
