DO NOT ENTER!!!!!!! They will steal your money!! Told me it was a free diagnostic after I requested they look at my clutch problem. Called me back with a $200 bill claiming they had to get a second diagnostic in which they never notified me. Claimed the second diagnostic the clutch could be fixed at $220. After two days I called them only to be told it would cost an additional $2400 because the fix didnt correct the problem, and they accidently broke the slave cylinder during the fix. I immadiately took it out of there and across the street to a different workshop. American Pride? WTF! What America?!!! Will seek legal action!!!! Dont even deserve one star!!

Went in for a standard VA vehicle inspection. They notified me that my backup camera would have to be moved in order to pass inspection. They did so, which only required the movement of the camera and 2 screws. Upon inspection of my bill, they had charged 20$ for my inspection, fairly standard, and 197$ for labor! Additionally they charged me nearly 20$ for two screws. Needless to say this place is run by crooks, avoid unless you want to be over charged.

I had my xterra at another shop trying to get it fixed. They had it for almost 4 weeks. Had it towed to this place. First diagnostic. I was told that my ECU And IPDM WERE OK. They called me and said it was a broken wire. So cost went from 230 I think to 580. Then out of no where MGR calls and now it is my ECU AND IPDM. So now it's gonna cost 3800$ The price for a new computer costs and I'll be generous around 1350$ that's what a Nissan dealer quoted me. IPDM was another 236$ some how my math is wrong cause that doesn't equal 3800$ Both parts can be installed in about 10 minutes. End of story I said no I sold the xterra and when the guy got it No COMPUTER IN IT AT THE BOTTOM OF SCREEN IT SAYS YOUR ROLLING NOW-GOT ANYMORE TO ADD BUT IM SURE YOU WONT SEE THAT COMMENT FROM THEM. PLACE IS A JOKE DARE YOU TO POST THIS

Outstanding service! We have been servicing our Ford and Jeep vehicles with American Pride. They have been keeping our vehicles running in great condition. The prices may seem a little more, but truly worth every penny. Once you have the vehicle serviced for the issue, you never have to go back and get it repaired. The customer service is outstanding. They keep you informed either with phone or emails. They are willing to work with you on what is a priority for your needs and costs. Highly recommend this repair shop for your vehicles.

They were awesome! Very honest people. Fair price. Did an excellent job on the wiring of lights for my Jeep. Didn't catch the guys name who did the work but very meticulous. They take care of your vehicle like their own. Easy to work with. Will be coming back again in the future.

I was in desperate need of a local mechanic. I was referred to this location by a friend. However every time I took my car there for a scheduled simple scheduled appointment,my car would be there for hours. My last appointment was for an oil change, state inspection and tire rotation. I dropped my car off at 8am for the appointment. I called at 1pm to see the status since I hadn't received a call. I was on hold for 8 minutes then was told that they would call me back. I received a return call at 3pm. This has happened to me several times at this location. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

After having a long wait at another auto repair shop without even having my vehicle seen, I decided to withdraw my vehicle and took it to American Pride Automotive.
They understood my concerns, and the timeline I needed my vehicle back.
I can say that the labor fees are a little on the expensive side but it is well worth the cost.
They took care of replacing a radiator and replacing a fuel pump within a day. That to me,speaks volumes.
They went above and beyond for us.
I highly recommend them and will come back to them for any other vehicle issues.

Wow!! They got me in quickly for a state inspection and oil change. I received the inspection results via text! Staff is super friendly and helped explain the concerns. They are now my go to repair shop! Thanks for the great job!

Dropped my car off in the evening with some brake problems and they had it fixed and ready by the next evening. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

My husband and I will only take our vehicles here. We have had a wonderful experience every time we have used them. Kevin is wonderful and we always look forward to seeing him there whenever we drop off our cars. We always get a warm welcome on the phone and in person. They take great care of our vehicles and do it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place.
