I inquired regarding Builder's Risk Insurance. I spoke with Jim today. He was so helpful and so nice, talk about awesome customer service!! I began our conversation to let him know that we had already found a broker to get the insurance from. Although we didnt go with him or his company he still spoke to me to answer some questions i had. He didn't pressure me or try to change my mind but instead he wished me luck and told me to let him know if it didnt go through with the other company or if i needed help with anything. It's just so great that there are people and companies that are like that!

Holly and Ryan McGlinn are the best for commercial insurance. We personally use them for our commercial insurance and I refer all my clients to them as well. They are thorough and really do what is best for the clients. I would highly recommend using Alcott for your commercial insurance needs.

I own a small carpet natural carpet cleaning company (Green Coast). I was having issues getting into an upscale apartment complex downtown. I called Alcott and Kirk and his team went to work and got me in within an hour. I talked to the manager and he said that not even Macy's can get into the building b/c they have failed to provide adequate insurance information. I'm happy to be working with a local insurance company.

Holly and Alcott Insurance Agency have been wonderful to work with. I have used Holly for years for my home, auto and umbrella policy and we also share many mutual clients. I refer her to everyone I get the chance to as she is so thorough, honest and trusting in her work. I couldn't say enough positive things about her work and work ethic.

Ridiculous. I filled out an online form asking them to call me so I could get a quote for insurance. 3 weeks later I have not received a call or an email or any sort of communication. Apparently they don't want my business.
