The only problem I have is the follow up about the parts to fix my heater, other wise they were great seri ve and reasonable price.

Air System Solutions just replaced my old gas furnace and AC system with a new inverter-style heat pump. Brian, the owner, was very competent, quoted me a top notch system at a reasonable price (plus rebates that made it a steal), and the installers were clean, polite, and thorough. The new heat pump is a dream: so quiet and efficient compared to my old gas furnace and AC! My experience with Air System was 100% positive and impressive. I especially respect that they are leaning into the various rebates available; it's a lot of bureaucracy for them to deal with, but it saves their heat pump customers a ton. Between 3CREN and IRA rebates, I'm paying for less than 50% of the full installed cost of my new system. (YMMV.) It even turned out cheaper than a new gas furnace, and so much quieter and saving the planet too!

I found Air System Solutions through the chamber website. From the first call to the completed service I was so impressed! The wall heater in our 1976 house finally stopped working. They were able to replace it with a same sized heater. I was able to get an appointment right away and the two guys who came out to install were friendly and professional. I get three quotes and am so glad I chose this company. Will use them again if anything else comes up.

They gave me a quote for a furnace replacement, they were not the lowest bidder but where not the highest - they were 2nd lowest. I was going to give them the job but ultimately ended up crediting the buyer of my condo $4k for the furnace replacement which close to their quote. Overall would recommend, they are professional and showed up at the time specified.

Brian and his team installed a new ducted heat pump HVAC system in my home. I couldn't be happier with Brian's communication and his team's professionalism. Brian is also very knowledgeable on available rebates and the rebate process, and his pricing seemed very fair. Everything went smoothly and Brian's team did a great job getting the system installed and running well. Highly recommend!

Our new construction home design required a specialized small duct, high velocity HVAC system. With no approved local installers, I hired an out-of-town installer recommended by the manufacturer (Unico). The guy got halfway into the install and fled with all the job money. He then lost his license and was unreachable. There was way more drama but I'll leave it at that.

I was left with an unfinished HVAC system that prevented me from moving into the house. Contractors generally don't like to take over someone else's unfinished project cause it's hard to gauge the quality of the completed work. Brian from Air Systems Solutions came to my rescue. He familiarized himself with this specialized system and got it installed to the manufacturer's specs and at a very fair price. It works beautifully and we were finally able to move in.

My parents furnace went out during this recent cold spell and they called a few repair companies but did not get a response. I recommended they call Air System Solutions and they responded right away and came out the same day and replaced their thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone needing repair, service or new installations. The owner Brian responded immediately and Olive their technician was courteous and professional. I will be using them in the future.

Had a furnace problem right at the beginning of winter. So did everyone else in this zip code!! Called a few places , either no technicians or booked several weeks out. I called Air System Solutions and got a call back right away, they sent a technician out several hours later. Olive checked out the system, made a minor adjustment and we were back in business. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great value for the service fee. I highly recommend.
