Act-On Taxes

DON'T do any kind of business with Ken! He is UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and WILL WASTE YOUR TIME! I hired him last year and we had a business appointment that he completely flaked on WITHOUT A SINGLE APOLOGY (look at the scheenshots of the texts) and and responded so casually the following day which was so unprofessional of him! He stopped responding to his phone and ghosted me. Ken DOESN'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS he is CARELESS, UNRELIABLE, NO PRO and DISRESPECTFUL! I am the second person on his yelp letting him a horrible review and he DESERVES it. Btw his website doesn't work, his office phone line doesn't work, his voicemail on his cell is full (without even a decent voicemail box add) so you cannot let any voicemail, something very SHADY is going on with him so PLEASE DON'T DO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM HE IS A TOTAL SHAME!!!

Ken the tax professional told me to drop off my tax documents with the receptionist and he will prepare the return the next day. Per his instructions I dropped off my tax docs with a receptionist on Monday. I had told him that I need them asap since I had to submit my return elsewhere. He assured me that he would file my return by Tuesday evening. That never happened and he never answered my phone calls on Tuesday. He called me on Wednesday at 7:20 am, who does that? He said he would have my return filed by midday. Around noon he texted me to pick up my tax docs and told me it is better for me to file somewhere else. I was furious since I had to drive 45 minutes to get to his office to pick up and file my taxes somewhere else. Don't trust this guy. He cost my time and money and lots of headache.

I met with Kenneth and his tax knowledge was impressive. He has prepared several thousands of tax returns that range from individuals to Businesses and Corporations. Kenneth has experience with preparing taxes for most of the 50 states and International tax returns as well. He is very friendly and works with you to get the best possible tax results. He will explain the details of the tax code that relates to your tax situation. His office building is very professional and has complimentary coffee and tea plus a vending machine for all his clients. I would recommend Kenneth to everyone. It's hard to find someone like him nowadays and glad to be working with him.

Kenneth was great and was able to fit me in at the last minute after my tax person was unable to complete the tasks after 3 weeks. He was really personable and knowledgeable and where previous tax advisors had discouraged me from including my side business because it would complicate matters, Kenneth encouraged me and showed me that it wasn't as complicated as everyone else made it out to be. This is the first time in four years I'm getting money back. Really great experience with very reasonable rates. I will definitely continue to use his services and I highly recommend his firm.

The best and most professional service you can find! I had been audited prior to knowing Ken. I was in a rut I had trusted someone that said I would get thousands back! It was a scam they lied on my taxes and I got my checks at work take my accounts frozen and I had not idea why I called the IRS and was on hold for more than an hour only to get told sorry! You should find a better tax personnel. Yep! I had to pay double of what I got from them. After 2 years of paying them I had met Ken he told me about his services and offered to give him a try. I was scared to leave my savings in the back I wasn't doing anything wrong but after getting screwed it was scary. Since the first year that Ken has done my taxes my fiancé now goes to him and so do my employees! He has been a real up front guy.
