This Whichwich is spectacular in every way. I've been a repeat sandwich consumer at this particular sandwich spot for several years and am ready to spill the beans.
My most favorite thing about Which Wich of the Shops at Greenridge is just how darn welcoming they are. They're friendly folk and it is rather refreshing. Also, the quality of the various meat, cheese, and vegetables are just superb.
Try the Wicked sandwich on wednesdays if you want to test them out. There has been a $5 Wicked Wednesday deal. The Wicked features three meats and two choices of cheese. Get double meat. Get Bacon. Get Avacado. The toppings are aplenty. Sauce it up. Ask for it "skinny" and you'll get less bread volume.
I've enjoyed the heck out of their French fries. So much that the owner now asks if I'm getting a large fry today (and subsequently goes to prepare them with enthusiastic urgency). The fries are consistently delicious. They feature a crispy bite and follows up with fluffy, warm carby-goodness.
Ask for some Whichsauce, trust me.
P.s. Milkshakes.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Aug 6, 2019Previous reviewI wanted to take a moment to share another positive experience from this particular WhichWich. I came in for my lunch break just as I had once a week or so over the past year or so. Today was different. I noticed they were advertising the fries and decided to opt to give them a whirl instead of going with the chip rack.
I was pleasantly surprised to find these little gems. They called out the fries as soon as they were done because it was before my Chicken Club was complete. Yum. The fries are just crisp enough on the outside with the inside delightfully fluffy and freshly warm. They were salted just right. The owner offered me a dipping sauce; ketchup, ranch, or Wich-Sauce. I really enjoyed the wich-sauce with these fries.
Overall after many visits, the quality has been consistent each time. I have tried just about every sandwich now and never had a bad one. Ingredients seem great. You can ask for custom choices not on the bag like light lettuce, extra tomato, or sauce on the side (especially to dip). This place consistently has been a positive customer experience.May 25, 2018Previous reviewOnce I experienced the chicken salad, I was hooked. I've been to WhichWich on many occasions now. The food is always delicious and the employees are friendly.
Today, I experienced a problem with my rewards card. The system continued timing out and not processing. I spoke to the owner whom told me he would add the points to my card manually when the system came back online. I was happy that they were willing to go that extra mile for me.
This is the best place for a sandwich in the area in my opinion and recommend that you give it a try! - Jennifer W.Mount Pleasant, SC3130Jun 10, 2022
The ordering process is fun and stress free. The sandwich was delicious. I am definitely planning on going back.

What happened to them? You used to be able to customize your Wicked, now you have no option to. The meatball sandwich was great but they went back to the normal one. Apparently the menu was changed because of "customers requests". Now, they are no different than Subway. Very disappointing changes, won't be returning.

My company has used these guys quite a bit for catered businesses lunches. The are great. The sandwiches are fresh and flavorful. Can't wait to actually go there.

Pretty much the worst place in Greenville to attempt to eat. The establishment is run by children and there is no manager in sight, when I asked to speak to the manager the greasy teenager working claimed that he was new and the manager was off.... the place is a joke and so is their staff.
I didn't have high expectations walking in and I certainly didn't leave with high expectations, this place blows.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Forrest T.North Charleston, SC351226Sep 22, 2020
Slowest possible workers as well as service to make a simple sandwich. Which wich? Not this one. Choose another if you're in a rush.

What I like about this place is that it's completely customizable with many options. You choose your meat and on the actual bag (the bag you get depends on the meat - I chose chicken) you can check off what else you want on it. They had everything you could want on a sandwich. They organize it by cheese (great options) veggies (great, plentiful options) extras such as bacon, double meat, avocado, etc (I appreciate that says right on the bag that it's an additional charge) I got the regular size and it was huge, I only hate half. The workers were busy cleaning tables and got our 4 sandwiches out to us within 10 minutes of ordering.
The only thing I didn't like was the price. It was a little steep.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - May 30, 2017
Went here for dinner and had to try the Reuben. I am almost certain that once before I had the Reuben here and it was on a hoagie sub bun and was pretty good. This one was on thin marbled rye bread and, although it had the Reuben flavor, there were lots of issues with the textures that make it just passable if you are craving a Reuben. The bread was very thin, which doesn't hold up as well to the thousand island dressing (which is supposed to be Russian dressing) and the sauerkraut was also hot instead of being a cool contrast to the temperature hotness of the rest of the sandwich. The corned beef was on the smaller portion side of things comparatively to other sandwich chains.
If one compared this to the top Reuben sandwiches in the search for the ultimate Reuben in Greenville, it just presents a mountain of sadness. Especially when compared to Bacon Brothers or The Cafe at Williams Hardware. But, if you got an itch that needs scratching, this will get you further down the Reuben road until you can get to one of those two options.
Seriously, even Arby's is better, which is surprising, but theirs is one of the best Reubens from a chain.
Other times, I have enjoyed Which Wich sandwiches and would eat here again, and order something different.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Wyatt P.Greenville, SC0181Jun 8, 2021
