Matthew is really a pleasure to work with! We had some issues with the skirting on one side of our house degrading because it was built too close to the ground. I had some trouble finding a company that would help me with this repair because it was such a small job, and also on a part of the house that kind of floats between siding work and foundation work.

Matthew was really great the entire time and came out on multiple occasions to work with me to put a plan together that would work. It was not so simple, since replacing it with the same material would just lead to degradation over time again. Matthew came out on multiple occasions and had multiple calls with me to figure out what to do. Once our plan was decided, his team came out promptly and installed the new skirting material. I did notice a small issue after I had paid and they left, but they promptly came out to fix it the next morning without issue. Matthew and his team did not leave until I was satisfied with the job.

It was a pleasure working with them. Matthew is a really great guy, and his team was also very respectful to my every request. Thanks so much and will definitely use them for any future foundation related work we have!

I called Reyna Foundation Repair last week, and they were able to fit me into the schedule this week. Matthew was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He checked out the foundation, and ultimately determined that the foundation was doing it's job properly with some minor fluctuations in the levelness of the wood flooring on this older house. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He gave me recommendations on ways to protect my foundation, and he was honest.

Other companies were going to charge $500 for a service visit - I greatly appreciate the level of service Reyna Foundation provided, understanding that sometimes, no further work is needed. Thank you, Matthew!

5 stars for Reyna Foundation. They were on time, did great clean up, gave me lots of information/education, and a fair price. We have a pier and beam foundation that had settled to the point that we could not open/close some of our doors. This issue was promptly resolved with the repair. Do not hesitate to give them a call!

We'd been dealing with a plumbing issue on our 90-year-old pier-and-beam house with no crawl space access. Multiple plumbers had come out and quoted us numbers in the mid-five figures to tunnel under and repipe the house. We called Reyna and asked if they could take a look, and perhaps do the tunneling job for less than what the plumbers quoted. Matthew came over, figured out how to actually look under the house, and said that we shouldn't pay him, or anyone, thousands to haul away three dumptrucks worth of dirt; there was already enough space for a plumber willing to get dirty, and if we couldn't find one, he'd have one call us. All we needed was an access point to get under the house, which he came back the next day to dig. Suddenly, we went from having a "take out a second mortgage" level crisis to a normal home maintenance and upkeep cost. Calling Matthew was literally a life-changing decision, and his honesty saved us from a genuine disaster.

I recommend Reyna Foundation without reservation. Matthew was very communicative and worked with me promptly and courteously on price, plans, options, and ideas. My house was built in the 1950s and was built extremely low to the ground on pier and beam. Reyna Foundation excavated an enormous amount of dirt and replaced a substantial amount of wood, reinforced the piers, and built ventilation around the perimeter. The crew was fast, their foreman talked me through everything going on, and the project was done in less than a week.

Respectful, incredibly efficient, and offered the best price of the 4 quotes we got for foundation repair. Matthew was always quick to answer any questions and proved quite trustworthy. Couldn't be more satisfied.
