How do I get through to make an appointment? The number on the website doesn't work and I signed up through the website for an appointment weeks ago and nothing.

I am having the same issue. i've heard great things about this dentist, but i can't get in contact with them. not a great first impression for a business.

They love the games and the movies and mainly the staff!! They always feel welcomed. Dr Beam is always so caring and helpful. We love their new puppy too! She is so sweet! We come from Corona to this office because it's just worth it! Great clean, fun, place and friendly staff you can't go wrong!

Front office ladies were amazing and so patient with me making appts for two kids. Back office was so kind and worked very well with both my kids. Overall impressed with how easy they made everything for us before and on our visit. Will recommend this office to anyone with kids.

I drive from Corona in rush hour traffic just to bring my kids here. Everyone who works there is kind and friendly.

They were super comfortable and did great , even the baby . All the staff is very friendly and informative. My boys were so happy to get a gift for not having cavities. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would refer anyone here

I feel like such a bad mom for ever taking him to that place . They would strap him down let him cry and do tons of unnecessary work on him . One of the crowns they gave him fell off and they said all they can do is pull his tooth! So I decided to look for a new Dentist . I found kids world dental on yelp and booked an appointment. Here there is only one dentist like I like . The whole staff was friendly . The cost was much more affordable and I didn't feel like they where ripping me off with a bunch of unnecessary work . They fixed my sons crown that fell off for free and even gave him a free movie . The best part was they didn't strap him down and he didn't cry once . I will be bringing my son here many years to come . Thank yoy So much

Dr. Beam and his team especially Julia are amazing!!! All my kids love their regular visits and when they need treatment they look forward to coming to kids world dentistry:) I highly recommend, if I can give 10 stars I would!

With all the positive reviews on Yelp, we had very high hopes to love this new dental office. But, unfortunately it was not a great experience. Staff wanted to charge us out of pocket, stating our insurance would not cover. We were being rushed once we denied X- rays, as we wanted to call our insurance to verify ourself. Which we did, and our insurance, stated they document every conversation when providers reach out for benefits. And no documentation was there, as office staff did not contact to verify our benefits. They just assumed our insurance wouldn't cover, which is extremely unprofessional. And on top of that our children overheard staff speaking negatively about us among themselves. This experience has been very frustrating and overwhelming for our family we are greatly disappointed.
